Life is a journey, travelling is living twice.” – Omar Khayyam – (Persian poet of XII century)I am a tour leader. I visited many countries… not to find myself, tot o learn how to live. And from you, and all of those I met during my journeys I learned something. This is the reason why I love my job. For me it represents an opportunity to meet men and women from different places and with different cultures.

Is it truly possible to become Venetian over the course of 48 hours? To be Venetian is to be free, its a society built on community, on respect for others while preserving the right to be an individual. It’s the true embodiment of “ La Dolce Vita”. To answer my own question, yes; its absolutely possible to become Venetian in... More

We arrived in venice at night then met Nadia the next morning and spent a wonderful and interesting time learning so much from her. She advised us very well and we were confident to get lost and find our way around. We saw lace making, glass blowing and the fishing village of Borsano. She is a wonderful friend/guide and she... I am ashamed to say that this is a review that is long overdue. We (a family of four) from the Washington DC area arrived in Venice, Italy for four days prior to embarking on a Crystal Cruise to Istanbul to commemorate numerous events in our life. We wanted to see as much of Venice as possible in such a... More

Fantastic and genuine tour of Venice off the beaten track. Our three teenage boys loved their time with Nadia. Highly recommended !

There's no better way to see a city than through the eyes of a local. Nadia was referred by our hotel and we spent half a day together walking through the back alleys of Venice doing what she recommended, "getting lost". She was informative and charming and engaging to our 2 young daughters. After a wonderful speed boat ride through... More

We organised a tour with Giorgia at short notice for 31st December. It was fairly expensive with the motor boat ride included (€160 for the 2 hour tour plus €120 for the boat ride) but it really is worth paying the money. Giorgia was a very engaging guide who kept us all interested, including two teenage children with very different... More

Our hotel suggested a walking tour with Nadia and we were so glad they did ! I was with my 16 and 11 year children in Venice for 3 days and wanted them to experience the real Venice. Nadia catered the tour to the kids and they loved it. She had lots information they found very interesting and she also... More

We had a mind blowing day with Auntie Nadia today. Our daughters were totally enthralled by her warmth and story telling and my husband's interest in building and architecture were expanded! We did a two hour walking tour and then a fantastic water taxi trip to see Venice by land and from the water. Even though it was a public... More
