This was just as fun as we hade hoped for, actually it was even better than our expectations. It IS necessary to have some experience of kayaking as you will cross open water and the traffic in the canals requires your attention. Yes, you can probably jump in the kayak and not fall in the water. But you will be... More

I heard about Venice Kayak from a podcast a while back, finally I've made it to Venice and managed to book a tour with my partner on very short notice. I've got to say from the outset, I am a very experienced kayaker and my partner is an experienced canoeist. Spending most of my time paddling the cold seas of... More

Sea Kayaking in Venice, what a wonderful way to see Venice! The only way to see Venice!! The day was certainly exhilarating, fun and above all my expectations. Marco was a perfect guide and I was impressed how he got us through the many busy waterways with confidence - I must admit I was nervous at the beginning as to... More

My brother and I had a great time kayaking around Venice. We had some mild kayak experience, no open water experience, but our tour guide, Renee made us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend it as an introduction to the city early in your trip. You feel pretty good as you kayak around and tourists are taking pictures of you,... More

What a trip! Venice is unique enough all by itself, but experiencing it by kayak is an experience I will never forget. From tranquil back alleys away from the crowds to the roiling waters of the busy Grand Canal, we got to see Venice from a perspective that few visitors do. We were part of the city's romance, quietly paddling... More

If you like kayaking and have the money to spend, this is a must when visiting Venice. We joined the "history tour", which took us through a great many canals in different parts of the old city, in many cases showing us features only visible from the water. Very knowledgable guide, handing out small, relevant history lessons in a friendly... More

The tour was exciting and challenging but not over whelming. We were a little nervous at first but we had so much fun seeing the canals this way. The guides keep you safe and their expertise in navigating the busy canals was superb. The pictures they took and shared with us were fabulous. I would highly reccomend this tour. My... More

This is bar far, the best way to see Venice! We went on an afternoon tour and despite it being quite hard work at points, it was just fantastic! Our tour guide was friendly, welcoming & insightful and we couldn't believe how much ground we covered! We went all around the canals as well as the wider waters where we... More

One of the best ways to experience Venice. The staff was very friendly, our two tour guides were knowledgeable. One guide provided the historical facts of Venice, the other one made sure we stayed together and safely paddled through traffic areas. Our belongings were safely stored in their facility and after the tour we had warm showers. The company is... More

This was a great way to see Venice. Very different and it was really lovely to see the canals from canal level as opposed to walking or even on a gondola ( which is also definitely worth it). The your starts on Certosa Island which is outside Venice and it's quite a trip to Venice from the island so you'll... More
