There are many ways to see Venice but none are more spectacular than from the water in a kayak. Imagine coming up the Grand Canal, passing Piazza San Marco, going under the Rialto Bridge and then exploring so many hidden canals in Venice that you couldn't on foot. This is the most wonderful way to see all of Venice, including... More

There can't be a better way to see Venice than this. Great guiding, exciting route in small canals but also on the great canal, you get to se a lot, take lots of great pictures and no stress. If you like kayaking - do this! Ok and stable kayaks.

We really enjoyed the afternoon we spent with Loretta kayaking around Venice. We weren't experienced kayakers so this limited what Loretta could do with us, as (thank goodness!) keeping us safe was of prime importance, but she made sure we had a good time. We would definitely recommend Venice Kayak as a way to experience Venice - you actually feel... More

This was the perfect entertainment for a sunny late march morning in Venice. The views you get from here are unique, you avoid the hassle of walking into million people on the streets (still, boat traffic can be dense on the big canals, but we didn't spend that long on them, rather cutting through smaller ones when possible). René and... More

One of the greatest experiences of our European trip! Night kayaking tour of Venice. Four hours on the "roads" of Venice, back canals, Grand Canal, and bridges galore. Even the Rialto Bridge, front docks of Piazza San Marco and the Bridge of Sighs are part of this great kayak trip. Why would you want to take a gondola ride when... More

Just walking around Venice was a dream come true. But I didn't want to stop there. The idea of kayaking cane to me one night and I googled "kayak Venice" and just like that I found this place. We'll I'm happy yo report that this kayak trip just enhanced the dream EVEN further. Seeing Venice from the level of the... More

We had a good time with Rene. One of us is an experienced whitewater paddler (developing an appreciation for the skills of touring paddlers) while the other has little and not so good kayaking experience. Rene put us in a tandem and then led a wonderful, safe, and mildly challenging tour. He kept up a constant flow of architectural and... More

This was absolutely fantastic. Stick next to your guide. Watch crossings and corners. Use some common sense at all times. After a fairly tough paddle retire to a restaurant for pizza and wine and beer

The kayak tour we did was the highlight of our stay in Venice! The company takes safety very seriously which is a good thing with all the trafic on the water in Venice. They take you off the beaten track and let you enjoy the city. I did not have a lot of kayak experience but I liked it very... More

In my opinion you need to know basic kayak skills to do this tour as you will be travelling across the main canal which is very busy. Our guide Rene is strict because of the dangers that could happen. There are rules in the canals regarding the gondolas but if you follow the guides instructions you will have a fantastic... More
