What can you say about the Rialto Bridge, it is just breathtaking, we approached by water bus, then walked over the bridge. The atmosphere is fantastic, but it is extremely crowded. It will always stay in our memories as the place I proposed!!! and she said yes

Rialto bridge is a must see in Venice. The views from both sides of the bridge are beautiful. The only downfall is that it's just so crowded and trying to get a selfie in without others being in the pic is almost impossible - but that's just a minor detail. It's so worth getting too. There are so many little... More

The views on the bridge were fantastic. There were many little shops on the bridge. It was crowded. We passed by the bridge on express Vaporetto #2 a few times during our visit to Venice.

An interesting bridge with great views looking down the canal..... but not a highlight for Venice in my opinion. But a must see in any case.

A great walk from marks square, easy to find if you use a map, look at the signs, and follow the crowds. Many gondolas and restaurants line the canal. This is a great place to stop for 1-2 hours. The bridge is very crowded but a must-see. The gondoliers were great here and the waters were less crowded than the... More

As one of the most visited spots in Venice the bridge is very crowded. It's just a bridge with a view down the canal but attracts a lot of people.

This (apart from st marks square) is one the places you must go to, if you go to Venice. The bridge is a sight to behold. There are shops on the bridge and it is a very central location a good place to see many gondolas as a lot of the rides start or pass through here, although the waterway... More

William Shakespeare first introduced me to the Rialto Bridge in The Merchant of Venice when Shylock comments to a colleague, "what news on the Rialto?" It was then that I decided I would need to see it in person. Spanning Grand Canal, the Rialto is a must see when in Venice. The architecture is gorgeous but charming at the same... More
