I really like walking around this Piazza Dei Signori.... I heard its name comes from old times when gentlemen used to meet every day, over there. Its been always a place to meet as it is till now, with many caffe shops and tables were you can enjoy the Italian daily life style of drinking a good coffee meanwhile relaxing... More

I came to this square around sunset time to have dinner. After the dinner, the outside was already dark and the large clock with lit-up was beautiful. Padova has several must-see places, and this square is one of them.

The scene in Padova is ever changing... right now, one of the places to be is this Piazza. Great bar scene and great market during the day. Love it during the holidays even more.

I moved to Padua in 1986 and as student going to the centre was a way to meet up with friend. I left and came back just a few month ago and I love to stroll in the Piazza.

A great place to stroll, grab a drink or a bite to eat, sit outside in the square, and/or people-watch. Surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and gelatterias.

I walked through this Piazza when a running race was going on and a play was being presented and it was busy and lively. Other times is is full of tables with umbrellas to stop and have a spritz and people watch. Beautiful old buildings surround the square. Love it here!

The historic buildings surrounding the Piazza and the markets on the weekend were terrific. The market on Saturday had all the normal local food and produce stalls. Sunday was a craft show with a whole new set of vendors. We ordered wine spritzers at an outdoor cafe with a view of the square for 3.5 Euros and you get potato... More

This is a beautiful square that is home to markets by day, and an energetic cafe scene at night. Shops, gelaterias, cafes, and architecturally beautiful buildings line the square (including an ornate astrological clock), making it a great destination at any time of day.
