It's less of a 'serious museum of cinema' and more of a 'fun playground of cinema' - kids would enjoy this play. I didn't bring any kids, but I still enjoyed the museum. As you can also get the elevator to the top of the Mole for those great views of the city, this attraction is a safe bet. It... More

I was impressed with how this museum details the development of film from the earliest days to present times. The presentation was very creative. My only disappointment was that I was hoping for emphasis on Italian film-making. This museum is about the 'how' of film-making. More

Actually very close to the London museum of moving image for whomever knows latter, just bigger but without londons' excellent actors who bring added value. The visit starts with the historical background of cinema, how it all started in the XVIIIIth century and went on until the Lumière brothers and some others realy invented modern cinema. The scenic display of... More

This is a wonderful experience and beautifully set-out. You will learn a lot about the early origins of cinema starting right back with shadow puppets and the explanations of the physics of how the lenses works is easy for the layman to understand and really fascinating. There is a lot of equipment on display from very early times to modern... More

Everything that a film buff needs, history, old films, new films. Easy to get around and see everything. We went one time with two youngish grandchildren, we stayed for nearly six hours and had to prise them away, they loved it so much More

Museum is fantastic! A 2 hours well spend. Even my friend (who, by the way doesn't like movies) was fascinated by this museum. My recommendation is to pay 10 euros for sightseeing. View is just astonishing! More
