The Museum is one of the most important of its kind in the world thanks to it vast collection and the many different scientific and educational activities it carries out. But what makes it truly unique is its special exhibit setup. The museum is located inside the Mole Antonelliana, a bizarre and fascinating monument which is the symbol of the City of Torino. And the various areas inside the Mole Antonelliana were the starting point for the Swiss set designer François Confino who, with talent and imagination, multiplied the museum's itineraries. He created a spectacular presentation that offers visitors continuous and unexpected visual and acoustic stimuli, just like when we watch a film that involves and moves us.

An interesting and though provoking museum, done with a great deal of style and spectacle. However, maybe it should be really called 'The Museum of Film Production' since film exhibition, surely the raison d'etre for the entire industry, is somewhat sidelined.

What an amazing visit we had here, we could have stayed all day and not covered it all. The qwerkiest and most exciting museum for experience we have ever encountered anywhere. Can't wait to return. For all ages, kids to vintage

Fun museum in historical building. Take the elvator to the panorama deck on the high tower at 85 m. Breathtaking view of Turin and surroundings including th nearby alps. The elevator is definitely worth the few extra euro's but don't go if you're afraid of heights because it's transparant. The museum has a nice collection especially about the early days... More

It was something to do, a tad expensive for what it was, but a fun few hours. The best part turned out to be free - sitting in their jukebox room and playing with the wide array of tunes on offer.

This museum is nice to visit during your stay at turin. Not a must see but worthwile if to warm or cold for other things. The first floor with history of cinema is by far the most interesting. Special building and the view up the mole is nice.

The museum if inside the mole antonelliana , the central area features dozens of chairs with inbuild speakers where you can look up at the ceiling where they project some cool light shows. You can also look at two different projected screens where there are showings of parts of iconic movies. Also on the main floor are different themed rooms... More
