Easy to get to on the Metro although the Italians are somewhat economical with signage. This museum has a wonderful collection of European cars from all eras. There are very few American or British. The layout is excellent and very user friendly. It compares well with the Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart.

I accompanied my husband as a dutiful wife, but found the exhibits fascinating, especially the very rich collection of early cars from the 19th century to the 1930s. There was a very interesting exhibit on the evolution of tyres, and the whole building and display showed Italian flair. The diversity of cars after the 1940s is less extensive and shows... More

Cars don't particularly interest me but went along to keep my husband company & because given Turin's background thought that they should have a good car museum & it is such an integral part the city & it's history. I really enjoyed it much to my surprise. Was good working thru the history of the car & it contextualised the... More

Very well presented and artistically laid out. From the World's first self propelled vehicle (1765) right through to today and beyond with concept cars. Even if you hate cars, you'll get a buzz out of this particularly at only eight Euros entrance fee. Camera red hot as I took 252 photographs.

Very nice collection and beautifully exhibited. It has been closed for some time due to reorganisation but the result is excellent!

This was a nice museum, and aims high. I see that they were adding exhibits, and you can charge your i-phone everywhere. It wants to share how the automobile industry changed life forever. It did, obviously, but things it didn't have, and could have had: a history of the Agnelli family. (Did I miss it here?); an interactive explanation of... More

I do not know much about cars and engines but I loved this museum. It's well laid out: there are 3 floors each with different themes. The first goes over the evolution of cars; the second is how humans use cars (eg racing); the third is the future of cars. Each car is described well (e.g. make, horse power, distance,... More

The best museum I have yet been to. It uses space and information technology to maximum effect and it does not take itself too seriously. It took my breath away. Shop was a bit disappointing.

This museum is one of a king. Perfect cars and sites matching the time they were in streets or tracks. Many historic cars and nice restaurant. The museum shop is also good value for money.

Very well designed museum with the history of the automobile--Italian style. Highly tilted towards Fiat, naturally, but really wonderful display of autos from the first try at an "automated" vehicle to modern racing cars. Very interesting even to a non-"car person"
