I found this city to be dirty and covered in graffiti which clearly indicates that the city fathers are losing this particular battle with the vandals.I also noted that most shops had metal shutters over them which would indicate crime and vandalism.Yes the architecture is nice but other cities in Italy are much better.Down by the river i found the... Route A was short and sweet but was enough to get an overview of a beautiful city. One hour very well spent for the short time in Turin.

Turin is a wonderful place to visit in Northern Italy. The architectural scale is great as are the sights. The design of the city layout is outstanding and the food is exquisite

went in winter but the best seats are on top, which is open air. (very, very cold) If you can, sit up front on top - the windshield blocks the wind. Takes about an hour or so and it stops several places, but as others have said, if you get off, it'll be an hour or so before another comes... More

This bus tour was ok. Not fantastic, but well worth doing to orientate yourself with the city. I did the Line A & B, 48 hour tour so it was a bit more relaxed. The buses didn't come along very often, from memory it was only once per hour, so you were kind of stuck if you had seen everything... More

I would not reccomend this for an able bodied person. Tour A is pretty much the center of Turin which can be done on foot and you wont be stressed about getting the next bus. Line B is where you would normally not see, and I would have seen it if the staff on line A would have told that... More

as usual, this is a pretty good way to see the general sites of a city. this route was rather short but still worth the 15 euros. virtually everyone got on and off at the main stop so the other stops didnt provide much reason to hop off.

Line A is a good way to familiarise yourself with the city. I did it twice to get photos from both sides. Pay the extra to get Line B and 48 hours. Visiting Lingotto, the automobile museum and the wider city on LIne B is well worth it. On line (third trip) I got off at about the third stop... More

The red bus tour which leaves from Piazza Castello is certainly well worth doing. Costing Euros15.00 it is a 55 minute tour taking in the main sights of the old part of Turin. The ticket is valid for 24 hours and you can get on and off at any of the 8 stops en route. Between the second week of... More

Just spent a lovely two days in Turin - a beautiful city with fantastic shopping (do visit Moda del Guanto the most amazing glove shop on Via Santa Tereza). The city is easy to walk around due to the grid system of streets and is very pedestrian friendly. The bus tour was a great way to get our bearings but... More
