This mountain resort is one of the best I ever seen. We took the belveder chair lift from Macugnaga to Monte Rosa. Altough we didn't go on to the peak of the mountain, were there was still some snow on it we still had a nice and new experience. The best thing about Alpine is that it amazes every view. Fresh mountain air, the culture of the mountain people, do everything to be a little part of paradise.

Never heard of the cultural and historical wealth created by the Walser people? Niether had i,because Mt.Rosa,the second highest peak in the Alps,was just out of my trecking distance and experience.
