Owner description: Tickets to view Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper go on sale three months in advance and sell out quickly, although it's sometimes possible to buy tickets closer to your visit. If you don't manage to purchase tickets on your own, consider visiting The Last Supper as part of a tour. It's much more expensive, but worth it if you don't want to miss out.

Everybody is there walking about some ancient roman ruin. My friend and I were having a right laugh at the fake Gucci, Armani handbag / sunglass salesman. They on the other hand are not so keen on getting a photo even though we did all the same. How I'm still alive I've no idea

I wasn't too sure what to expect but Da Vinci's Last Supper is an amazing painting. We were with a small group of visitors in the large refectory, so plenty of space to view the painting up close and from the other end of the refectory (where there is a painting of the crucifixion by another painter, which is also... I knew little about the Last Supper other than it was painted by da Vinci. I had no idea it was even in Milan. I definitely had no idea it was as large as it was. I always thought it was painted on a canvas like everything else. Anyway the Last Supper is just absolutely mind-blowing. To think that this... More

The fresco sits in the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie. The fact it still exists is a miracle as the church was bombed during WWII. Da Vinci's work exceeds all expectations. Do not miss the opportunity to see The Last Supper.

My top priority when booking my trip to Milan was getting tickets to see the Last Supper. It is an extremely well organised tour with military timing. You get 15 minutes in the presence of one of the most stunning pieces of art. It is so interesting to see it in person. The 15 minutes goes very quickly. We had... More

I have nothing to add to the other recent reviews except that the photo is wrong! It is a photo of the Castle of Milan ("Castello Sforzesco") but L'Ultima Cena (the Last Supper) is housed in the old refectory of the church Santa Maria delle Grazie. Within walking distance, but a totally different building!

Leonardo was really a few hundreds years ahead of his time. When I look at painting there were some doubts about originality of it. So many times it was restorated!

Leonardo was trying to paint the minute after Jesus has said "someone amongst you will betray me tonight". And I could see all the different expressions he painted in the apostols and in Jesus himself. Really touching. One really needs to book before droping there. And it usually takes some days to get a booking. I recommend to pay for... More
