This is where you spend your evenings-seeing the Duomo lit up. Or go in the mornings for coffee. Or to a cafe for lunch. Or to a nearby restaurant for dinner then come to the Duomo Square to see what music or concert or activity is happening. There is always something going on in the Duomo! On Saturdays sometimes an... This is the unavoidable place to go in Milan to catch the city's spirit. You might not like the bulk of tourist and chaos but it is here where you can get the inner vibes of Milan's life. Last but not least the Cathedaral is absolutely amazing.

My husband and I have visited this square on many occasions and I am always moved at the first sight of the Duomo when we enter this square. We usually take a local tram to close by and then walk through the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The Duomo is externally one of the most spectacular buildings in the world so is... More

Duomo is a impressive building, make sure you go and see it before you leave Milan. The Duomo is very impressive, specially if you take the metro and take one of the exits that get you straight to the Duomo. In my opinion, more impressive and beautiful than the Florence cathedral and La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona. Make sure you... More

Place with charm, a lot of people walking from different styles and countries. So many pigeon birds flying and walking around, like a movie scene. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED walk there to see it!

A lovely square with lots to see and do, from the shopping arcade to the cathedral (duomo). Plenty of places to eat or have a coffee around the square, Was a bit disappointed by the the number of Africans loitering around the square trying to give you a 'free' bracelet, made it feel a bit unsafe and concerned about the... Obviously this square is oposite the main entrance of the Milan Duomo. It is a great place to be in during a warm day or evenings. Lots of caffee shops. However please be mindful of your pockets, just in case, it can happen in such a busy place, no offence to anyone

Right in the center of the city, well connected by Metro. Red & Yellow lines connect this place from other parts of Milan. Time it for the evening to see the beautiful elevation with the evening sun rays falling in its face. Everyone can find a place of their interest. Religious, historic, kids, freaking out - you name it, you... More
