Beautiful Cathedral, surrounded by fabulous shops. However there are far too many pushy, intimidating hawkers who will not take NO for an answer! It spoilt the place for me.

This is obviously the biggest and the most crowded square in Milan. It has Duomo Church and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II around. It is located on the Duomo metro station which is a hub of few metro lines in Milan as well. Around this square there are a lot of restaurants and shops to be tried and entered :)

It is a great place, the Duomo Cathedral is beautiful!!! The entrance is free. Close are all the possible stores, so you can go shopping. You can take the Metro till Cairoli Station and visit Castello Sforzcesco.

The place is worth to visit even though I did visit Italy for few times. The problems is in Dumo square have too much hawkers bother you. However, compare to the first time that I visit had improved a lot.

If you come to see the cathedral, or the Galleria, you can't miss the Duomo Square. It is very large and offers a lot of great perspectives and photo opportunities. If you are anywhere near Milan in December, you should come here to see all the Christmas decorations and see a truly giant Christmas tree, which is erected in the... More

It is the landmark of Milan. If you have not seen this Cathedral that means you have not seen Milan.

Ther's nothing in the world you can compare with the Milan Duomo. It took around six centuries to build it, from 1386 until 1965. But, as they say in Milan, its construction will never really end, as there is always a lot of people working hard to maintain it. 160 meters long and 90 wide, it's one of the biggest... More
