For the ladies, if you wish to go inside the Duomo, you have to cover up your shoulders and not have too much of your legs showing, otherwise you won't be able to go in. Have been to the Duomo in Milan twice, havn't actually been in the cathedral itself, but have climbed to the top of the cathedral. The statues are amazing a lot of work must have been put into the building the cathedral. Great views across Milan Woul deffinately recomment a visit. if you go to the duomo make sure you pay the 5 euros and go up the steps to the roof it is quite spectacular the views over milan and looking at the spires close up. mind you its quite a climb more
