10 Corso Como is a shop/cafe/bar compound filled with many wonderful hard-to-find, luxury clothing, shoes, perfumes, household items and stationery. Yes, most of it is expensive but you should definitely go by if just to browse. The only place I can think of that compares to 10 Corso Como is Colette in Paris.

The shop, bookstore and cafe are on the garden inside the building in number 10 of corso como, the street itself is worth seen because it's pedestrian and has many bars and cafes with terraces which look really nice. The best option to get there would be the metro, garibaldi station and then 5 min walk to it (the surroundings...

Upstairs there are usually some nice arts exhibitions. The bookshop is also great.
But... don't expect bargains.
The ground floor shop is very operpriced.
