Booked through viator, place is OK however non of the staff spoke English so didn't really benefit from the experience, masses of people so all thermal journeys were really busy didn't find the night very relaxing at all. Was supposed to get nibbles and drinks but all I saw was breadsticks and frozen yoghurt and a bit of fruit. This is a... More

I have done different famous spas in Europe among them a famous one in Budapest but this one is clearly the best one so far. 38€ is a very cheap price for the offer of terms, saunas, hammam, exterior and interior, tram transformed in other pool and great, fresh and varied buffet with soft and alcoholic drinks. All is included... More

We have never been to something like this before so we were definitely blown away by the spa. There were many different saunas, pools, and relaxation rooms to enjoy. There was also a beautiful buffet and fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurt, tea, and water. We were fortunate enogh to be there during the evening apperativo and enjoyed some delicious breads,... I booked my visit thru viator and got in cheap... Staff wasn't really that friendly and receptionist I had didn't speak English almost at all. The treatments are nice but if you are smell sensitive this is NOT for you. Also there seems to be a lot of noises... But it was still relaxing evening andI had lovely massage.

What a perfect place to unwind after a long flight. Peaceful zen environment. Very clean and so many water environments. The relaxing rooms were very nice and had various environments. I had a 50 minute massage which was so so. The daytime buffet was nice with fresh fruit, yogurt and deserts. The outside grounds were beautiful with various hydromassage pools,... More

After seeing many sights my first three days, I spent my fourth day at QC to rejuvenate from the unbearable heat and walking. I did not realize the spa was an outdoor area and many people (all speaking Italian) were sunbathing (I bought sunscreen from reception). The pool and two of the three outdoor pools have jacuzzi jets that are... More

OMG, this was awesome! We booked this using Viator.com. We are two expat Londoners originally from New York, and had no idea what to expect. It exceeded any expectations we had. It was everything you would hope for in a spa activity, a gorgeous building with higher than cathedral ceilings. all kinds of cool labyrinth rooms with different pools in... More

Good to have such facilities in the heart of the big busy city! Center is spacious, clean, well organised and very relaxing. On the entrance you pay the fixed price and for this you get slippers, bathrobe, towel and a possibility to enjoy many small pools/hydromassages/ waterfalls/ saunas / hammam. There is no place really to swim, put that's not... More

We booked an all day ticket with breakfast & lunch included. We also booked Sushi for lunch - which was a good idea as the light buffet was very light indeed ! The place is magnificent with a walled garden & many hydro pools and water experiences - some indoors and some inside. We had a fabulous day. One of... More

This place might be more enjoyable on a different day. My Sunday evening at Q2 was very crowded, and by the time the buffet opened at 7 pm it was standing room only. It seemed like a hot spot for young-ish local couples ( under 35 yes), who use the place as a date night with free alcohol. Consequently, you... More
