From the lake it looks amazing with it's manicured gardens and fountain. The lake side bar charming very helpful young couple running it. Then walk round to the rear of the villa. What a great shame parts of it falling apart, rotten wood, louvers hanging off windows, in dire need of restoration!!!

Inside the grounds of Villa Olmo is a small but safe swimming pool, ideal for children. alongside the pool is a good bar, serving all kinds of drinks and food. prices here are better than inn the villa itself, and again, a great view of the lake.

Paying the entrance fee (7€, not so cheap) you can lay down with your towel on a quite big lawn. With an extra (3-5€) you can rent beachchairs/umbrellas. There is also... More
