My wife and I simply loved this chance to cook with Chef Luigi. Lake Como is amazing and Bellagio is stunning. Chef Luigi Gandola was really fun and we got more than our money's worth.

This was one of the best things we've ever done! Chef Luigi picked us up at our hotel, took us to his restaurant, gave us a tour of his garden, and then into the kitchen to begin cooking. Luigi is a passionate chef and showed us how to make some beautiful food (which we got to eat when it was... More

We had a really entertaining morning and enjoyed some lovely food, I may of even learnt a few things. Luigi is really proud and passionate about his restaurant and cooking, he has a great sense of humour too. If you are staying at lake Como this should on your list of things to do, if you can't do the lessons... More

This was one of the absolute highlights of my trip to Northern Italy. An intimate, hands-on and fun cooking class with Luigi! We made all sorts of incredible things - flowers stuffed with cheese and fried (wow!!), multicolored raviolis, and a host of other unbelievable things. Luigi showed us his garden and even took us up to his home to... More

We had a wonderful time with Chef Luigi. He is funny and his class is a pleasure. The lunch that followed the class was absolutely delicious. We loved exploring his garden and working in the kitchen with him and his staff. This class was great value, I would do it again.

Luigi Gandola is an inspiring young man, full of life, with a great sense of food, and a sense of humor to accompany that as well. My husband and I signed up for the cooking class, neither of us are great cooks, but thought it would be fun. It was quite fun, and we learned a little, but mostly enjoyed... More

Chef Luigi taught us how to make pasta, tiramisu and risotto from scratch. He is passionate about teaching us why and how to cook excellent Italian food. Chef Luigi is fun and light hearted explaining everything as we prepared our food. Before starting the food preparation we visited his herb garden. He talked about all the different plants growing and... More

My husband and I scheduled this cooking class while visiting Lake Como, and I am glad we did. We coordinated everything via e-mail with Chef Luigi and he was there to pick us up at the ferry, right on time, when we arrived in Bellagio. We were shuttled back to the restaurant and we began by touring the herb garden,... More

My wife and I spent an enjoyable 4 hours learning some of the real secrets of Italian cuisine with chef Luigi Gandola. In my opinion Luigi is more Food Hero than Rockstar! Yes he has presence as do many great chefs but his passion and enthusiam for food are his strengths. The day starts with him picking up all his... More
