Impressive villa with impeccably maintained gardens. You get a sense of the competitiveness of the the owners of the grand villas along Lake Como.

Lovely place to visit, I could spend hours just sitting in the gardens overlooking the lake. Very well kept and the staff were friendly. Truly beautiful.

Really beautiful gardens right on the lake shore. Definitely worth a visit. An extremely calm environment and some great photo opportunities.

It may be beautiful at other times of the year, but the cost to just walk on the grounds is not worth it. If we could've toured the Villa, then it would have paid off. Other than trees, there were no flowers, so it was a pretty bland visit.

the location of this villa and its garden is stunning but the garden itself was a lovely surprise: so many amazing varieties of trees from all over the world, beautifully cared for and ingeniously laid out. Only €6.5 for an all day ticket which means you can walk through it from San Giovanni to Bellagio and back too spending time... More

The garden is situated on the lake shore, beautifully laid out, lots of seating around the garden. It is very peaceful to walk around, stunning views of the lake. You can buy a two day pass, good to take some lunch and read a book.

A short walk from the ferries. Very pleasant gardens. Pity cannot see round the house. A nice way to spend some time and relax. Nice and shady as well..

Very peaceful and quiet stroll round the gardens in the early morning. Late may / early june probably the best time to visit, as the Azaleas which dominate the landscape would be in full bloom. In July, with lots of the flora finished flowering, the entry fee was a bit much.

A most enjoyable garden. Very peaceful and quite place to walk and relax even with people about. Few flowers borders but well managed. Seem to remember a lot more colour in the Spring. Great views of the lake.
