Outdoor Portofino deals with ecotourism and outdoor activities related to the sea. The idea is to give everyone the chance to appreciate the beauty of Portofino Marine Park in the best possible way: paddling, rowing and sailing!AIM:Our goal is to give everyone the chance to discover the secrets of this preserved area. On board of kayaks or small sailing and rowing boats we give the opportunity to reach and see hidden and otherwise inaccessible natural paradises that behold the most colorful and genuine secrets of the ligurian coast sea vegetation. Guided by marine biologists and local experts in off-track excursion, all of our staff assures not only the best company and highest quality of sea sports instruction and guiding, but the chance to come in contact with the most peculiar and traditional aspects of this small and rich natural sanctuary and its costumes. With a bit of ambition and firmly believing in eco-tourism’s power, we want to provide the opportunity for those who visit these beautiful places to do it in the best way possible! We are also involved in carrying on a scientific environmental project.

This place is so beautiful, there is something magical about it. Everyone loved it. There are lots of shops and artists shops, and restaurants. The walk to the Castle on the hill was very interesting as was the castle itself.

Portofino is a beautiful village, a must see on everyone's bucket list, it reminded me of some small fishing villages back home in Cornwall, but with more colour, there actually is not a lot there and for me was slightly spoiled by the numerous purple erect meerkats on top of the back wall of the harbour, part of a rather... We hit on a wonderful day, in late October. The weather was warm and balmy and people were swimming just round the corner, in Paraggi. Portofino was blazingly beautiful. It made St. Tropez look like an eyesore!

After taking a recommended train from Genoa to Santa Margarita (which is also a beautiful town) we caught the ferry to Portofino. This cruise and particularly the port of Portofino proved to be one of the real highlights of our time away. Together with Cinque Terre, there are a number of magnificent coastal towns that are only a short distance... More

It was as beautiful as I had imagined. The panoramic views and colorful seascape looked "in person" just like a Picture off of a Postcard. Nothing more beautiful than the Italian Rivera.

All the photographs simply do not do the place justice. A small, secluded harbor filled with boats both small and very large, and surrounded by buildings in colorful pastel hues climbing up the steep wooded hillsides. Patio restaurants line the harbor.

MUST DO EXPERIENCE WHILE IN PORTOFINO! We had the tine of our lifes kayaking though this amazing greennish landscape. Walter (the guide) was the coolest guide, he taught us all about the geology of this cliffs and rocks as well as about all the fishes and sea. The 30 mins snorkeling in a little amazing spot was magical. So many... More
