Trenino Pippo is a small truck (made to look like a train) pulling a long a series of carriages. The main language is Italian, however, head phones are available for a range of other languages. We only had two nights and one day to see the sights. We walked most of old town on our own and the train allowed us to go a bit further and see a few more sites. It's only a 45 min ride and you catch it at the antico porto. It was fun and gave our feet a rest... More

It's better to do it on foot. City is small. You cannot hop off. City cruise is better value for money.

I really enjoyed taking the little tourist train around Genoa. I was able to get a feel for the layout of the city, much better than just looking at a map.
