Our food and wine tour was made by our guide Angelo whose passion for the area and its produce was infectious. We were late for our meeting point by about 15 minutes but Angelo was absolutely fine and unhurried. The tours of the ham and cheese factories were very interesting and lunch was excellent, but our knowledge of all things... More

Angelo... what can we say... absolutely the nicest guy in the Parma circuit! (Sorry Davide!!) but he has that knack of putting everyone at ease and giving our clients a genuine, top notch day. We have Amalda and Alice too who complete our super team. Happy days and memories, Nick and FWT. PS. We have a great respect for all... More

What an amazing day we had. Alice was a wonderful guide and she was extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the visit. We learned about cheese making, parma ham, a local castle and its history, an amazing lunch and then balsamic vinegar. We did this with 2 teenagers and they loved it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We visited Parma Reggiano Cheese factory. It was an experience we'll never forget. You see shelves and more shelves as high as your eyes can see, of circles of cheese waiting to be ready to be shipped to the entire world. Experts explain the entire process and what it takes for the cheese to be considered "mature". After this visit,... More

We cannot say enough good things about Amalda and the “three kings” tour with FWT. The cost of the tour is undoubtedly expensive, but it is WORTH IT if you want a complete introduction into the jewels that Parma has to offer. We pretty much only came to Parma for the food, so if you are a foodie like my... More

We traveled down from Lake Garda for the day down to Parma.
