I cannot say enough good things about Angelo. He is knowledgeable, friendly warm and a true professional. I loved his... More

It has been 9 months since our trip, and it is no less memorable today than it was last September. Angelo was our terrific guide for the 3 Kings Tour and it was a perfect day! The way these small, family-owned farms and factories work to produce all the parmigiano, prosciutto and balsamico for the world is fascinating in itself,... More

Wow Wow Wow 9 months! Respect for this gestated 'full term' review!! - valuing and sharing is our mission and that goes for our team as well as clients. What Angelo has is incredibly carefully researched material and facts about these products and the cultural history that binds them to each place. This level of research comes from his renowned... This was an outstanding day out for us and one of the highlights of our Italian road trip. We booked the FWT Platinum 3 Kings Tour and were not disappointed. Angelo our guide was wonderfully knowledgable and had a great passion for what he does. Lunch at the winery was exquisite, driving around the hillsides of the region was beautiful... More

That is a really lovely review and Angelo definitely has the special (nay rare) richness of experience to express how special each delicacy is. Nick met Angelo while tutoring business language courses in Piacenza and Angelo was a rising star! He's a friend first - trusted and loved equally by us. We keep saying the same message - we all... The food tour conducted by Caterina was excellent--one of the outstanding experiences on our trip to Italy. It gave a well-informed inside view into the traditonal production of fine paremsian cheese, prosciutto, and vintage balsamic vinegar, with visits to local producers and a family vineyard in delighful countryside around Parma. The lunch in a family restaurant in that countryside was... More

This trip is as advertised and the recent reviews are all spot on! If you like parmesan cheese, prosciutto ham, or balsamic vinegar then you MUST DO this experience. Yes, like some reviewers said, they have troubles with e-mail communication ahead of time and yes, like some others said, you need to pay cash euro's. So be prepared for those... More

Thanks for the great review - dealing with traditional makers mean we have to get confirmations from them for access and any changes. Italian culture is different to UK, USA etc and doesn't happen in a flash like a turnstyle. In Italy things take a little longer (especially last minute arrangements and changes) and are the best in the world... More

We had 1-day off in Bologna, so I made a plan for trip to Parma, got a rental car at Bologna airport at 8am as soon as the rent-a-car office opened, and then drove to west for 60 minutes on the highway (with 7 euros toll fee), met Caterina at meeting point at hotel, then followed her car to get... Hi thanks for your review - we always work at explaining clearly how the day works and we rarely get lost in translation - apologies if this was the case in any instant. We often recommend clients take extra care to leave plenty of time for eventualities which may include traffic delays, during this time of year. Road works and... More

We took the 3 Kings Self-Drive tour which normally is conducted in caravan mode. On this particular day, we were the only ones touring, so our guide, Amalda Cuka, accompanied us in our car. This tour delivers on all its promises and is a "must do" to understand and experience the essence of this region of Italy . My wife... More

We took the 3-Kings food tour this past April and had a great day. It was a fun experience to watch the people who make the parmeggiano and the prosciuto at work. Caterina, our guide, was great and very knowleagable. Thanks again for a tasty day.
