My husband and I did the halfday tour on 11 December with Giulia and it was a definite highlight of our time in Emilia Romagna. The tour of the cheesemaking was so interesting and our guide was very informative about all the processes. The prosciotto tour was equally amazing and then we ended the day with the fabulous lunch! Worth... More

Spent a day on the food Valley Tour and it was superb. We followed the guide in her car and went to, in order, a parmesan cheese factory, a Parma ham place, a winery for lunch and a balsamic vinegar place. So fascinating and educational. The tasting lunch at the winery was excellent. The weather wasn't great but it didn't... More

What an amazing day! Our guide Alice was so knowledgeable, we learned so much from her. The tour was very interesting about all the work and time in making the best cheese and ham we have ever ate. We were able to taste and buy cheese and have it shrink wrapped so that we could take it home. The lunch... More

There are full of interesting activities during the tour, including visiting Parmesan cheese factory, Parma Ham factory, a beautiful castle and a vineyard. The tour guide, Michelle, is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She told us a lot of interesting facts and stories about the gourmet which we really didn't... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our half-day gourmet tour. It all went very smoothly, and our guide, Simonetta, was knowledgeable. The tour of the parmigiano factory was a highlight - fascinating. We loved trying the different grades of cheese. The countryside between the different sites was beautiful. We unknowingly booked the tour on an Italian public holiday, so the prosciutto factory was... More

We wanted to see how the famous parmesan cheese and Parma ham was made, and it was a very good experience! Interesting process all extremely well delivered in English by our guide. A bit far to drive between the two locations. A very nice lunch in beautiful surroundings was included. We were very pleased and would happily recommend this to... More
