This tour was a pleasant surprise! The tour guide picked me up from the train station and took me to see the preparation of the Parmigiano Reggiano as well as the prosciutto. This took most of the morning ending with a sampling of prosciutto, other salamis from the area, and parmigiano. Definitely recommend this company, they do an excellent job... more
