We had a great time at Vecchia Scuola Blognese. Simone was a great teacher and a cool guy. We did the 4 hour class & learned a lot. Turns out, I am good at making the shapes by hand & my husband is good at making the dough. Perfect!

We did the four hour one-day cooking class and had heaps of fun learning how to make pasta! We made the pasta dough and hand rolled the pasta sheets to create tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli, a type of penne, farfalle, and a couple of other shapes which I cannot remember. We also made potato gnocchi.
