Firstly, thank you to Emilia Delizia for arranging the tour for a group of 4 (individuals ages from 21 to 50+) on short notice.
We went on the 1 day tour on 28/12/11 covering parmigiana reggiano cheese, traditional balsamic vinegar and parma ham.
To be honest we weren't sure what to expect, but the guide "Gabriele" was very friendly, helpful...
