Classes are for 1-4 guests only, though if it's a family or a group of friends then it's up to 6 people. Her guests frequently return for more, perhaps adding on trips to an artisan cheese maker or Balsamic estate.

Carmelita's bubbly personality and enthusiasm are what make this class so much fun. She is extremely knowledgable and the shop visits and tastings were great. I felt like I spent the day shopping and cooking with a friend. Of course, the food we prepared was delicious! More
