This is the most enjoyable foodie experience that I have ever been to. A highlight for Bologna visit, like a visit to Murano during a trip to Venice, Jungfrau train ride in a Swiss holiday, a visit to Machu Pichu during a holiday to Peru. And a gastronomic delight for all foodies. A visit to watch Parmegiano reggiano production and... More

My hubby is a chef and we are both self-proclaimed foodies. We didn't travel to Italy for the sites, history, or romance nearly as much as we went for the food! ;) Italian Days gave us EXACTLY what we were looking for. We had so much fun, enjoyed incredible food, and brought home not only some awesome cheese, vinegars, and... More

What to say about a tour that everyone has already said. We had an amazing time, met some great people and alessandro is an enthusiast and very passionate about his work. High recommended to do this tour to eat, drink, have some fun and experience the heart that goes into the cheese, balsamic vinegar and meat.

This was one of my favorite days in Italy! Alessandro's energy was contagious. You start early in the morning so it is important to have a guide that is passionate about what he is doing to get you excited. Alessandro went above and beyond to make everyone on the tour feel involved and excited! This was the perfect mix of... More

Superb food, great tour. You get to see everything up close and Allesandro does a great job explaining what you're looking at. He truly has a passion for his job and authentic food. Lunch was outta control, especially when you've already been eating all morning. Bring your A game.

The previous reviews say it all, and the numbers speak for themselves - I don't think I've ever found such a greatly rated tour, and having now experienced it, I can totally understand why. An AMAZING day had by my husband and I. All I can add is what a cracking team Barbara and Alessandro make! They work perfectly together... More

Alessandro does a great tour. The cheese making experience was worth getting up so early for! The factory tour was amazing and the we are so more knowledgable about what we are buying and eating in US now! The vinegar tasing was also enlightening. We never knew there was such a difference in taste. And the meal at the end... More

Simply the best tour I've ever been on. Alessandro's passion is the catalyst for an educational, delicious, and joyously fun (not in that order) day. Want a criticism? Too much food...BUT it was soooooo good.

Your guide can make or break your tour, in this case Alessandro makes it by far! His enthusiasm, humour and personal interest in your enjoyment (entertaining and keeping kids interested as well) certainly made this tour our most enjoyable one in Italy. On this tour you will learn a lot about Parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto ham production, delivered... More

We had to choose between a few tour groups and finally decided on italian food days because of Barbara's enthusiastic and friendly responses. Alessandro was the most entertaining and knowledgable tour guide ever! It was a very enjoyable and enriching tour and it ended with a wonderful Italian feast! This tour definitely exceeded our expectations. D.O.P Saluté
