We toured the Vatican with Daniella with What a Life Tours. The office location was easy to find and very close to the entrance of the Vatican museum. We had a small group for the tour, which made it really easy to travel through the masses of people at the Vatican. We got through the entrance line very quickly. Daniella... More

My friends and I went on tours with this company; the Vatican morning tour with Antoinetta and the next day my husband and did the Colosseum tour with Giuiliano. Both were amazing and so informative. Highly reccomended! Below is the email my friend sent to them personally... Hi Maria, We were delighted with our experience with your tour group. We... More

Turned up to see St Peters not realising Wednesday morning is audience day for the Pope and the Basilica is closed. Were convinced to do a Museum tour while we waited by Penny, then go straight into the church from there. We luckily had Angelo as our guide, who showed us sculptues through Michelangelo's eyes, then seeing the Sistene Chapel... More

We did a tour of the Vatican with Angelo from What a Life Tours yesterday and it was a very fun and memorable experience. His knowledge and passion for the art, history and inspirations behind the creation of the Vatican and its works were constantly evident and very welcome. Our day at the Vatican would not have been the same... More

We took this 4 hour tour Sept 1. Our guide was Patrick. We really enjoyed how Patrick didn't "kill us with facts" but instead gave really interesting background stories about artists or pieces of art. Don't get me wrong Patrick was phenomenal with his knowledge and answered every question easily from our small group. We really advise of this tour... More

We booked a Vatican tour with what a life tours after reading the positive reviews on trip advisor and were extremely happy that we did. Marcelo, our guide was a wealth of knowledge about not only the Vatican but also helped us understand the place with a much needed history lesson. He was witty and the jokes helped break the... This was an extremely good tour and was great value for money. Our tour guide Grant was very knowledgable about the Vatican and the history of Rome. The tour was very interesting and well thought out. It was good to jump the queue and have Grant show us the highlights as there is too much to see in a day.... More

I actually just "stumbled upon" this particular tour as I approached the Vatican with no tour reservation and was just approached by a nicely uniformed, professional acting sales representative who actually accompanied me to the tour starting point. The guide, Daniela, was knowledgeable, interesting, lively, sometimes humorous, sometimes reverent. She brought the Vatican complex and its history to life for... More
