This is a rather late review. I should have written it back in October 2012. But I just found all my receipts from Italy. Deborah Evans, our tour guide made the Vatican city tour such a breeze! She was very knowledgeable and threw in a lot of humor. I would do his tour all over again with her.

We booked two months in advance. We received a voucher with very clear instructions. There were tourists from three countries. Everything went as planned. A representative was there at the precise time and waited until all attendants were present. From there the guide took over. The use of headsets was beneficial as the crowds build fast. Highly recommended.
