Used Presto Tours for two tours while in Rome. We wish that he had used them for all of our tours. Not your typical tour company. The guides are young adults who attended local universities that speak English fluently and are extremely knowledgeable about the tour that they are in charge of. Something on the of special interest ? Just... More

My mum, sister and I went on a Presto Tour round the Vatican in September for my mum's 65th birthday trip to Rome. The guide was in a terrible mood, and ended up having an argument with the guards and throwing a complete tantrum which resulted in him arguing in Italian with 4 police officers at the start of our... Mitra was an amazing guide, so enthusiastic and funny. We hadn't booked in advance but started our tour within ten mins of arrriving at the Vatican, and were in and out in 3 hours. Definitely worth the money, as the queues to get in were already 3 hours long and it only cost us 10e more than it would have... More

The guide was a bit late to the meeting point. If he was on time we might have not had the problem with larger tour groups catching up to us and shoving and pushing. We had to rush a few areas just to try and get ahead of the groups swallowing us up. The guide Marcello was nice enough, but... More

Our Semi-Private (3 hr.) Vatican Tour was amazing. What a beautiful place - we were awed by it all. We did an early morning tour, which we thought would be less crowded, but turned out ok as we had a guide, and that made things go a bit quicker. Our guide Giuliana (sp) was fabulous. She was very informative and... More

Fantastic guide!!! Although we started really early in the morning, but there were like a million people inside. Our guide told us that today is an exception, but when in Sistine Chapel, there was not a room to put a foot, it became hard to believe that this is an exception day. Regardless, it was a great tour. There were... More

We enjoyed our Presto tour of the Vatican with a local guide, Julia. It was very informative and she gave interesting insights into the history of the Vatican. I was hoping to see the Raphael Rooms but the tour was adjusted to accommodate the crowds and other tours.

We were in Italy 3 weeks and did several other tours. This tour was the highlight! Our guide was amazing. He grew up in Rome, spoke English fluently, and had studied Roman History in college. It was so great to have a guide who was so knowledgeable, cared so much about the group and was a great storyteller.

I really have to be honest here and tell you that even after my girlfriend and I booked our Vatican tour, I wasn't really looking forward to it. I think the fact that the tour would be three (3) hours long was part of my apprehension. But there were two things that turned out perfectly. One, was that our group... More
