Bellagio is a quaint beautiful spot and even though it was high season with lots of people, compared to the crowds we experienced in Venice, it was a welcome relief. We enjoyed one of the best meals of our entire week in Italy at a cafe we found down one of the side streets away from the main strip. Lugano,... More

Oscar gave us our tour of The Vatican during an evening tour. I would highly recommend an evening tour. Since it was particularly hot when we were in Rome (97F), the inside of the Vatican was hot and more bearable in the evening (fewer people and the occasional breeze through an open window). Oscar was a good tour guide and... More

We visited Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius through City wonders. The trip started on time, the overall guide and our local guide for Pompeii were informative and cheerful, the bus journey was comfortable. Lunch was part of the tour, and so was limoncello tasting... The walk to Mt Vesuvius was amazing..

This tour is a must do if you have the time. It was by far my best tour experience. Only regret is I did it at the end not the beginning.

Booked a walking tour of the Colosseum and Ancient Rome. Although you can do it yourself, we were able to bypass the lines and hear the most important and interesting facts about this area of interest in Rome. We just loved every minute of it. Bring your sneakers and stay away from sandals because the ground is very uneven and... More

Great tour that is extremely rich in history. The tour guide walked the group to four fascinating locations and spoke about the history behind each destination. She informed the group of amazing details as we walked to each location.

Personal tour from a knowledgable and informative Roman! I highly recommend. Especially if you do not have an Art History degree, and don't want to have to study beforehand. Without the tour or prior knowledge, you might not know or totally appreciate what it is you're seeing. This was the best tour we took!

We enjoyed our Vatican City tour via City Wonders very much! Our guide spoke wonderful English and imparted little known info in addition to the basic information. We were given time to take photos and take a closer look. Our group was about 20 people of different ages. We would highly recommend City Wonders and our guide Paula.
