Arranging the tour with Tatjana was easy as she responded to emails promptly and was very helpful. Our guide for the tour of the Vatican, St. Peters Basilica and the Sistine Chape;l was amazing. I cannot remember our tour guide name but she was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable and had a lot of love for the sculptures, philosophy and our... More

For our first day/arrival in Rome, we took a 6:00 p.m. "Heart of Rome" tour with Pete of Angel Tours. It was a great introduction to the city, which covered many familiar landmarks such as the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona; and Pete gave us just enough information peppered with anecdotes to hold our interest without overwhelming... ANGEL TOURS ROME : was highly recommended by friends in Australia who had visited Rome previously. For a start on the 31/12/15 we decided we would go on the Colosseum tour, our guide was Mathew - he is an Irishman who knows his history and provided our group with info, anecdotes and a wry sense of humour. Mathew was so good... More

We booked a tour with Angel Tours based on recommendation of a friend to see the Uffizi and Accademia in Florence. My wife and I and our three children. I hesitated thinking we might be able to do this without a guide (which we could have but it would not have been nearly as interesting). Angel communicated professionally and booked... More

We did three fantastic tours, the Colosseum, the Vatican and Ostia Antica. Organising the tours via email before our trip was easy and efficient. Our guides Matthew and Patricia were well spoken and passionate about Roman history. Simply the best way to visit the Colosseum and the Vatican without spending hundreds of euros. We highly recommend going to Ostia Antica.... More

We a family of four including two children booked Angel Tours for a Ancient Rome Tour, Vatican city tour, Florence Christmas day tour and finally a private Tuscany Tour with Fabricio. How should I describe Tatjana and other people working for Angel Tours. They are very professional, very informative and above all very considerate. From the booking, taking the payment... More

Did 4 tours with them and would do more if I could! We had Mathew and he was the bomb. Knew what he was talking about and answered every question.

We did 3 tours with Angel Tours over Christmas. We had booked a Vatican Tour, but I messed up and wrote down the wrong day. They got in touch and kindly swapped days for me. It was my fault, but I appreciate how accommodating they were. All guides were knowledgeable, had stories to share and made the time go by... More

We had two guided tours in Rome with Angle tours, in Colosseum and Vatican. The guides were very well informed (they knew their job very well) and friendly. It made a difference to the experience we had in Rome.

Just wanted to say thanks for the highlights of our rome vacation! The eco tour, Colusseum, and Vatican/st Peter's tours were a perfect mix for our family. We learned a ton and really felt like we got to see a lot of the highlights in a short time. We don't usually do tours but this worked out so well. Tatiana... More

Neighborhood Profile
Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a five-minute walk of each other, the Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and most picturesque area of the city. If you want nonstop movida, the streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa drivers, street vendors, merchants, and locals.
