We went on the Ancient Rome (Foro Romano, Palatine Hill, and Colosseum) with Eugenia D'Andrea and the Vatican Tour with Thomas Robinson and had an absolutely terrific time. The guides were entertaining and very informative throughout the tours. When Eugenia was describing a scene that would have taken place at the Roman Forum, we could picture it happening around us.... Our first tour was Naples. As I am a history and art fanatic – cannot get too much information! My wife is fascinated with everything, so also wants to know the context of what she is looking at - if it is a chapel, which family paid for it, which artisits and architects worked on it etc. Francesca was a... This was an excellent tour. The guide was top-notch with an archeology background. We had two older teenagers with us, and he kept everyone's attention. It was awesome to head to the front of the line. After the tour, he steered us to an excellent restaurant for lunch. Our guide's name is Maruizio Fascitiello, and I would request him!

An excellent and highly informative tour of the Forum, Colosseum and Palantine Hill. Way better than trying to do it yourself or with an audio guide. Wonder how many people have visited and completely missed where Nero had his revolving dining room - not so with Cinzia :-)

We had a wonderful tour with lots of history, humor, and fun with our tour guide Mario. Seeing Rome at night is definitely the way to go and Mario taught us to ask that very import to ask the question not what is this but when was this in order to understand not just what a certain monument or architectural... I had an excellent experience with Through Eternity Tours, one of the best guided tours I have experienced. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, really bringing the Forum and Palatine to life. When I return to Rome, I will certainly book with Through Eternity again.

We've used Through Eternity in Italy before but recently we did the best tour we've ever done. We did the Roman Forum and Collosseum tour with Francesca. In the morning we went through the Forum and I understood it much better than ever before. In the afternoon we went to the Collosseum. Well, we went past 100 metres of people... More

Honestly I have been through quite a fair share of guided tours in my travels but Through Eternity's guide Tony was the best so far. We booked a 3.5 hour tour for the Roman forum/Palentine Hill/Colosseum for our family of four and we enjoyed it tremendously. Tony was very knowledgable, professional, patient and with a sense of humour. The tour... More

My husband and I booked our first trip to Rome for my recent 35 birthday. We booked the "In-Depth" experience and were THRILLED to discover on the day of our tour that we were the only 2 on the tour. It would have been limited to only six, anyway--another reason we went with Through Eternity. The fact that they didn't... More

Two fabulous tours - superb, highly professional guides - HIGHLY recommend! Day 1 was ancient Rome, with guide Eugenia. Her love of history and depth of knowledge were evident at every turn - we had a small group, and the experience was akin to having one of my grad class professors guiding us through the sites - made me want...
