I get upset every time I go to Nuovo Olimpia. It is the only original language cinema in Rome, and for this reason it is always a popular place for tourists and cinema enthusiasts in the city. After the closure of Metropolitan cinema in Via del Corso, Nuovo Olimpia is the only cinema in Rome offering this. It's truly a shame that a capital cannot offer anything more, but the dubbing industry is too strong down here.... Although it should not be considered a sufficient replacement to the recently deceased Metropolitan cinema (rest in peace), Nuovo Olimpia is a decent place to see mainstream or independent films in original language.
