We arrived at Fiumicino airport and after a treck through the termini we found the train station. As we saw the Leonardo train it the platform we bought our tickets at the ticket office only to realise we had been charged 2 euros per person extra. We should have used the machine which was so simple and better value. We... More

We booked our two-way tickets online before our trip to Rome, for a transfer from Ciampino Airport to Termini. After we arrived, there was a huge queue, and most people didn't have a ticket. So there was this huge mess between the passengers who had already bought a ticket online and those who needed to buy it at the bus... More

I almost missed my flight because of this company. They sold me a ticket for 10:35 and told me I would catch not the next bus but the one after. It turned out I did not have a ticket for that bus but the one after that left at 10:50 and they were all running late and were so disorganized... More

Like everyone stated as soon as you get off there's so many ads about the teravision bus. And because of that my husband and I purchased tickets. We got to the busbstop and saw about 50/60 people already waiting. No line. Umm where do we stand? How do we get on the bus? The bus came and out ticket had... More

This Airport is probably one of the worst transfer points that i have been to. It is not possible to speed through the customs checks and others as Italian policies dictate slow and tedious screening. Lines are often long with people sneaking in to lines or cutting others off. There is no Air conditoining in and a lot of the... More

As a few people already mentioned - DO NOT USE Terravision Bus Services if you want your journey to be pleasant. As soon as you exit the plane you see a lot of posters advertising this "amazing" bus service. We were the victims of a marketing and bought tickets to Terravision Bus although there are a few other buses offering... More

Booked online to travel from Rome Termini to Fiumicino airport. Submitted credit card details to pay the very reasonable price of 4 Euros per person. After payment, received an e-mail advising we must print the ticket and present at termini to receive a boarding pass. It clearly stated we could not simply save on mobile phone screen and present, it... More

On the day I travelled none of the cashpoints in Terminal 3 worked, the currency exchange was shut and any of the restaurants/coffee places only took cash. I had run out if Euros and was unable to,purchase a simple coffee in Italy's main airport. Unbelievable.

Do NOT use this company. We hired this company in Warnemunde, Germany for one day to see various sights within this area. We were told we would get an English speaking (at least one who could understand English) and received a nice German man who spoke NO English. What a disaster...the entire day we could not communicate with him. We... More

We were a little nervous after reading the other reviews - but it worked out just perfect. The driver was ready to receive us at the airport - and we had a nice drive from Fiumicino to the center of Rome. We did not pay by credit card in advance, but paid directly to the driver.
