Anna was our wonderful tour guy for a fun evening walking through the beautiful Trastavere neighborhood of Rome. A great start to our trip to Rome -- we returned to Trastavere for dinner a few nights later. We learned so much about Roman food and the neighborhood. There is also a super secret place you costs that is out of... More

We went on 'Twilight Trastevere Tour' in early September. It was sooo good! We had Roger and he was excellent. It was so cool to spend an evening in a neighbourhood that I am sure I would have missed on my quick trip to Rome. The food was superb. All the different places were perfect. I love food tours as... I decided to book Testaccio tour as a belated birthday gift to a friend. I have lived in Rome for the past year and my roommate is a foodie so I thought it would be a fun experience. We had a great time and got to try restaurants we haven't been to yet. It was also nice to experience a... More

We did the Testaccio tour. It started slow and I was worried that we would remain hungry, especially given we skipped breakfast. There are a couple of stops at tourist attractions in the area, which we would have been fine skipping....this is a food tour after all. Once we got to the pasta stop, we quickly filled up from there... More

This was 4 hrs of eating and walking. Our leader Dominica spoke perfect English ( American Italian) , was funny, knew the whole town ( Testaccio) and made the tour interesting and kept our attention all the time. We visited a bakery 1 st , followed by pizza ......I could have had more of that, but by the end of... More

After a week in Trestevere I had great doubts about joining this tour. Thought I'd seen it all. Infact ,Johnathan, our lovely guide took us to places we would never have discovered without him. I was delighted with not only the pace of the tour but the intimacy of such a small group. While enjoying incredible tastes of the local... More

This tour is amazing. Not only is Kate a witty, verbose and knowledgable guide, she is also part of the culture, and gives you the true glimpse of the Travestere scene. Between eating at a hole in the wall restaurant in an alley way, and learning how to drink water as a proper Roman, this tour is not only historical... More

The Trastevere afternoon tour my mom and I took was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. Our guide, Jasmine, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved every venue we visited. The highlight was definitely wine & appetizers at SpiritoDivino, a cellar older than the Colisseum - what an experience! I am a vegetarian and had absolutely no... More

I really had a nice time with this tour...Jonathan, the guide, was very kind and was able to provide good food with a lot of informations ...we got to places that were not full of tourists and can feel the taste of Trastevere...and he had a special surprise at the end that became one of the best memories I'll take... I loved every moment (!) of this 4 hour walking tour and learned more about food and the area that I could have imagined. Lots of tastings - wonderful guide (Emma) - the highlight of my 36 hours in Rome. If you are a foodie, then this is a must. I did the 10:30 am Taste of Testacchio tour and... More
