Great!

The Colesseum Underground tour was great! The guide was informative and personable. The Colesseum was exactly as I imagined. It was 3 hours well spent!

Approached outside the Pantheon for a €10 tour lasting about 30mins pay at the end just join the group & leave when you've done it all. Decided why not. SO GLAD WE DID Jim the guide knew his stuff & relayed it to us eager tourists with ease. Learnt loads & it means the Pantheon will stick in my memory... More

If you are looking for a tour in Rome that kids will also enjoy, then take their tour Under The Roman Sun. Our kids were entertained as much as we were. In fact, my son asked if we could do another tour with Jobe the next day! We didn't because we already had everything booked but next time we will... More

We recommend this company! We did the tour Under the Roman Sun with Jobe. When I met Jobe my first thought was that he didn't look like much of a tour guide because he has a playful personality and he was very informal...but after we left the office he turned into a machine with the right mix of historical knowledge... I was traveling to Rome alone on a business trip and I booked with Eddie's Fun because I wanted a genuine experience of Rome without being in a large tour group. My tour was called "Under the roman sun." Supposedly this tour is the companies speciality tour. It was the only tour I took but I learned a lot about... More

Don't miss out on their tour Under The Roman Sun. It's a bit pricey but its well worth it! We walked throughout Rome and in the villages. My favorite was visiting the wine cantina! It is located inside of a cave. We brought a great bottle of wine for only 2 euros to take back to our hotel. Jobe the... More

A friend of ours recommended Eddie's tour Under the Roman Sun so we decided to try. During the tour, when we arrived to the village of Marino it felt like a scene out of a movie. There were small alley ways, clothes hanging out the windows, old people sitting on park benches, kids playing soccer in the streets, cobble stone,... More

Amazing and lots of fun, a MUST DO if you're in Rome! I took the Pantheon tour, and it's certainly better than going solo.

Great organization! They were very professional and friendly as soon as we walked into their office, so we knew it would be a great day. We took the Under the Roman Sun Tour and the highlight for me was witnessing the holy staircase. Seeing the same stairs that Jesus walked up was eye opening. I encourage others to take this... More

After doing an extensive search online and comparing several sites i was convinced Eddie's Fun would be the way to go. Expectation were surpassed from the first moment i contacted them online to plan my vacation in Rome. Jobe, our guide was amazing and made the experience interesting because of his knowledge but most of all FUN!!! Highly recommended!!

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
