Simone provided our family the best tour I have ever taken. 6 hours of brilliance about ancient Rome, it's history, it's politics, its energy. Perfect pace. Simone was extremely knowledgeable and no balony answers to our questions. We would love to go back and tour with him for a month. This tour was worth every euro.

Simone took us on a tour of the Colosseum and surrounding areas for about 4 hours. He was great and we enjoyed the passion he felt for his city and its history. We highly recommend Art Viva (we used them in Venice, Florence and Rome) if you want a guide to show you the best of the area or museum... More

Art Viva provided us with amazingly unique experiences. In Florence & Rome. Our tour leaders' genuine passion about their roles, engagement with guests, was highly evident and 'history' along with 'daily life' in Italy involved us in a very distinctive wonderful day. We just want to return!

I loved the tour. Very informative. Conducted at the right pace. Outstanding guide. No wonder RIck Steve's recommends Artviva! I am returning with 4 family members in November and we will all take the tour. I am excited to see what else I can learn.

We booked ArtViva for our Rome tours. Their guides showed up on time, were well informed, and did a wonderful job. Our particular guide was really into the architecture, more so than we really wanted, but she was very thorough and professional. We also had an infant with us, and she showed real concern that we didn't wear our the... More

This was a great tour and worth the price just to get to the front of the long lines. Our guide was wonderful. There is so much to see that it would be easy to get bogged down and miss spectacular work. He kept us moving without rushing and got us to see all of the important works. His knowledge... More

My wife & I went on the Walk Through Rome with Guido. He was excellent, with great knowledge and great passion for Roman history. He was able to provide a great deal of info without burying the group in facts or knowledge. He told us about the sights, i.e. the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, etc, and then gave us time to... More

We had an excellent tour guide, who really enjoys his work. He had a tablet that he used to supplement his talk, with lots of pictures and history. It was obvious that he knows the subject matter, very well, and enjoys history.

We went on both tours and loved them. Each tour was engaging and highly informative. The first tour we took led us through the colosseum, forum, Capitoline hill, the trevi fountain, and pantheon. We learned so much more than we would have on our own and got a great sense of the historic areas that we then explored further on... More
