We took the tour of Vatican/St. Pauls and the Sistine Chapel. The guide Cindy was amazing! (We also took one in Florence and it was terrific as well!) Very fun, informative, and fast paced, nothing dull about this one! Great combination of historic and a few fun facts thrown in. Fast-paced, so no waiting around. Cindy also took a great... More

I highly recommend the walking tours with Artviva. We had registered online for the Florence in One Glorious Day tour, which is actually a combination of three separate tours: Original Florence Walk, Masterpieces of the Uffizi Gallery, and the Original David Tour - Academia Museum. The tour groups were small and our guides, Brenda and Corinna(sp?), were outstanding. I was... More

My wife and I have just completed the third of our five scheduled tours with Artviva. They have been well worth the money. Our trip to Cinque Terra with only 5 others with our guide Ela, and our driver Massimo, was unbelievable. She was so much fun to spend time with and took care of everything for us. The Florence... We did two Artviva tours in two days. The Vatican Tour and The Coliseum/Forum Tour. Both were excellent. The length and pacing were good. The guides were knowledgeable and very nice. The group size is perfect. We did two tours in Florence as well. We highly recommend this company.

Tour of the city of Florence, the Academia (David), and the Uffizi. Tours were highly enjoyably (and very informative) and tour guides (Cain and Barbara) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended, especially if you are trying to hit the highlights of Florence in a single day.

Simone was an excellent tour guide. He let us take our time to take pictures, ask questions and take in the sights. Our first tour was the walking tour of Rome and we were fortunate enough to be the only two in the group! The next day we were in a small group of the Vatican and St Peters. I... More

We visited Rome for only three days, so we wanted to take in as much of the famous attractions as we could. Artviva Tours were just right for us. We took two 1/2-day tours, with each occurring on a different day. The first day was the Vatican, including the museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's. The guide was a bit... More

I had taken two excellent tours in Florence three years ago and chose Artviva again without question for my tour in Rome this spring. Our guide, Florinda, was really excellent. She expertly led us through the Vatican Museums while providing a very interesting and insightful commentary on everything that we saw. She shared her knowledge of art and history with... More

Cindy, our guide, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor which made the tour most enjoyable. We had a nice group of 12 people (really appreciated the small group size). I can't imagine visiting the Vatican and St. Peter's without a tour guide as there is so much to see and to learn/absorb. We did the steps... More

We added two days in Rome on to the end of a tour and wanted to squeeze in as much as possible in one day. We took the Vatican tour in the morning and the Emperors tour in the afternoon. Excellent tours both! The guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. Our tour groups were small - 5 in the morning... More
