Lazio is fast becoming the new Tuscany! Discover the culinary highlights of this vastly underrated region with Flavor of Italy in our gourmet kitchen. At each class we prepare many dishes including homemade pastas, risottos, gnocchi, fish & meat dishes, wonderful vegetables and mouth watering desserts! I would highly recommend Flavor of Italy Cooking School. The setting was incredible. Wendy has a beautiful villa with a professional kitchen! My husband and I enjoyed it immensely. Wendy is very funny, friendly, enthusiastic and enjoys teaching us her techniques. What a great way to celebrate my birthday!!

My family and I were in Roma for 3 days before going on a cruise. We found Wendy ( the chief) on trip advisor we took a chance and it turned out to be great. We cooked everything from scratch, there were 7 courses to be made and they change every time that you go. This was the highlight of... More

My husband and two boys (9 &12) spent the day with Wendy and her lovely husband cooking, learning, laughing, and of course eating simply amazing food. We spent the day with Wendy after a very long trip and 9 hour time difference and she was very patience and kept all of us engaged. Our 'new chef's' cannot wait to get... More

Wendy's Flavor of Italy Cooking class was one of our top experiences in Italy. We were looking for a class the whole family could enjoy. My girls (14 and 10) were stars in that class. Wendy gave them a lot of attention and helped them to stretch their abilities and tastes. The class was appropriate and fun for the adults... More

I had a couple one-on-one hands on cooking lessons with Wendy and they were absolutely amazing. First of all, her husband was kind enough to pick me up from the train station every day, that made it much easier getting to their villa. Once I got there, everything was already prepared and weighed and the only thing left to do... More

Wendy seems like a very nice and conversationalist individual. Wendy is an ex-pat from the USA. From reading the business website, a person would think Wendy has numerous contacts in the culinary walking tour. The tour would include more than a mere few single samples, that are provided by some vendors for free. Perhaps a traveler, who has only been... More

We can't say enough about our cooking class with Wendy. It was so much more than a cooking class! Our class started with Wendy meeting our group( 4 Norwegians and 2 Americans) at a market in Rome to purchase our produce and fish. Wendy took us to a wonderful bakery where we had a choice of a sweet or savory... More

Wendy met us, we went to the local market and bakery then onto her home to cook. all very professional...We spent... More

One of the best highlights of my dream vacation was meeting the beautiful hostess and elegant chef extraordinaire Wendy Holloway to enjoy a day long cooking class with! Everything started that morning with meeting Wendy in town. Then on to visit a local bakery (one in which I thought I had died and gone to heaven too!), they not only... More
