I had a couple one-on-one hands on cooking lessons with Wendy and they were absolutely amazing. First of all, her husband was kind enough to pick me up from the train station every day, that made it much easier getting to their villa. Once I got there, everything was already prepared and weighed and the only thing left to do... More

Wendy seems like a very nice and conversationalist individual. Wendy is an ex-pat from the USA. From reading the business website, a person would think Wendy has numerous contacts in the culinary walking tour. The tour would include more than a mere few single samples, that are provided by some vendors for free. Perhaps a traveler, who has only been... More

We can't say enough about our cooking class with Wendy. It was so much more than a cooking class! Our class started with Wendy meeting our group( 4 Norwegians and 2 Americans) at a market in Rome to purchase our produce and fish. Wendy took us to a wonderful bakery where we had a choice of a sweet or savory... More

I booked this as I am intrested in food and because I had a few days to fill with my 13 year old son. Not sure what I was expecting but more than surpassed my expectations and good value. Wendy met us, we went to the local market and bakery then onto her home to cook. all very professional...We spent... More

One of the best highlights of my dream vacation was meeting the beautiful hostess and elegant chef extraordinaire Wendy Holloway to enjoy a day long cooking class with! Everything started that morning with meeting Wendy in town. Then on to visit a local bakery (one in which I thought I had died and gone to heaven too!), they not only... More

My daughter (age 11) and I booked a one-day cooking class with friends who unfortunately were unable to participate at the last minute. Our Host Wendy adjusted quickly to the size of our group and pared down the portion sizes. She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable which helped to make us feel right at home and not participating in... More

Our chef and host Wendy was charming and knowledgeable. She kept us entertained while giving us tips, culinary secrets and making it all seem very simple. Truly this was a pleasurable experience for my wife, myself and two teenage daughters one of whom would like to become a chef. Thank you Wendy

My family did a one-day cooking class with Wendy on our trip to Rome. Wendy and her husband were so nice and knowledgeable on everything related to Italy and Italian food. We started in the local market picking up our ingredients and then headed to Wendy's GORGEOUS home in the countryside! It was so serene and gives you a glimpse... More

We took a full day cooking experience with Wendy. Our kids, aged 9 and 14, truly loved getting to shop in the market and then make the food. Wendy's location just outside of Rome is beautiful -- it's worth it just to see the countryside. We got to make several dishes including making fresh pasta and tiramisu. The food tasted... More
