One of the best highlights of my dream vacation was meeting the beautiful hostess and elegant chef extraordinaire Wendy Holloway to enjoy a day long cooking class with! Everything started that morning with meeting Wendy in town. Then on to visit a local bakery (one in which I thought I had died and gone to heaven too!), they not only... More

My daughter (age 11) and I booked a one-day cooking class with friends who unfortunately were unable to participate at the last minute. Our Host Wendy adjusted quickly to the size of our group and pared down the portion sizes. She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable which helped to make us feel right at home and not participating in... More

Our chef and host Wendy was charming and knowledgeable. She kept us entertained while giving us tips, culinary secrets and making it all seem very simple. Truly this was a pleasurable experience for my wife, myself and two teenage daughters one of whom would like to become a chef. Thank you Wendy

My family did a one-day cooking class with Wendy on our trip to Rome. Wendy and her husband were so nice and knowledgeable on everything related to Italy and Italian food. We started in the local market picking up our ingredients and then headed to Wendy's GORGEOUS home in the countryside! It was so serene and gives you a glimpse... More

We took a full day cooking experience with Wendy. Our kids, aged 9 and 14, truly loved getting to shop in the market and then make the food. Wendy's location just outside of Rome is beautiful -- it's worth it just to see the countryside. We got to make several dishes including making fresh pasta and tiramisu. The food tasted... More

We cooked with some traditional ingredients including a fennel soup, Roma tomato sauce, and a traditional tiramisu. We attended in April 2011 and have continued to use the recipes we cooked and received printed copies of. We really enjoyed our market tour and learning about Rome traffic!

We spent a memorable day with Wendy, traveling first to a local market, and then to her beautiful bed and breakfast, equipped with a spacious kitchen, where we made a four course Italian feast! What a good way to experience Italian cuisine, while also experiencing the views out the kitchen windows of the breathtaking italian country side--only half an hour... More

My husband, daughter (13), and I spent the day with Wendy learning how to cook amazing food. Wendy was so kind to us - even picked us up at the train station. After cooking we sat on her terrace to eat the amazing creations. It was a moment we will not soon forget!

I'm a novice chef but an expert eater and thought this would be a great opportunity to improve my cooking skills while still "feeding" my passion. It turned out to be a wonderful day away from the hustle & bustle of Roma. After meeting (15 minute cab ride from St. Peter's) and having a cafe with Wendy, we walked to... More

An excellent way to spend a day when in rome, Wendy is a great cook and teacher. My wife and I spent a day with her that was a real highlight in our trip. We learned so much that we were able to bring back with us!
