This was a fabulous cooking class. We learned to make homemade pasta - several varieties and kinds. Chef Victoria was wonderful and very informative. You receive the recipes via email after class and if you visit their restaurant That's Amore you can get one of the chef aprons and a cavatelli paddle to make the pasta you learned about in... More

A truly wonderful experience! I recommend going to Mazzano with Chef Monica and Marianella. Not only am I a skeptic in general, but I'm also not very comfortable in the kitchen...well, that was before my experience! I enjoyed every aspect of what we accomplished. When I arrived home, I realized that this class was my favorite piece of the vacation.... More

An excellent day spent learning how to make basic tomato sauce, and three different types of pasta. Good lead from chef Frederico - informative and amusing.

Vittoria was a treat! We shopped at Campo Fiori for our ingredients, walked a short distance (thank goodness, because it was about 98 degrees that day) to her place to have her show us how to make homemade cavatappi and pasta, delicious stuffed ravioli and all the sauces and, finally, the veal dish. She taught us about balance in preparing... More

I joined Alberto’s cooking class with my teenage daughter and young son on our final night in Italy. It was such a wonderful way to end our trip. Alberto was charming and fun to learn from in the uniquely authentic Italian way. Recipes were delicious and just the right amount of skill required to take home what we learned. His... More

My friends took me to this cooking class while we were in Italy for my birthday. It was amazing! I learned so many great new tips about cooking. The day started with a walk to the markets and a discussion about how to pick tomatoes and it only got better from there. By the end of the day, we had... More

A fabulous interactive day of cooking in the medieval town of Mazzano Romano. The day began with a short bus trip to the ancient town of Mazzano where we purchased fresh produce. We then began to ascend into the town to a private home to cook a typical Roman meal. There were eight in the group, as well as Monica... More

Perfect day after weeks of sightseeing. Meeting in the market helped us with bearings (we came back here a few times later in our trip). And we did enough food prep to learn how to make pasta and sauce..., get to know Frederico, and our fellow classmates. It was comfortable, easy to access, and the right amount of wine to... More

My husband and I so enjoyed our day with Chef Monica! It was so much fun going to the small village of Mazzano Romano, buying our fresh ingredients at the local markets, then learning to prep, cook, eat & drink!
