I love to cook, so when our travel agent at FuorITinerario suggested The Fabiolous Cooking Day, I jumped at the opportunity--it didn't disappoint. We had fun shopping at Campo De' Fiori Market and learning what to look for in our produce, as well as seeing the meat market and bakery. We then headed to Fabio's beautifully equipped apartment on Isola... More

Had the most wonderful time cooking, eating, drinking, learning and making new friends in a fabulous setting. I wasn't sure what to expect from the day but I would never have imagined how fantastic the day would turn out. The taste sensations were exquisite, but learning how to do it and preparing the shared meal was such fun. I can't... More

Federico was our chef for the day. He was an excellent teacher - explained well the theory behind what we were doing to help us understand the concepts behind the food we were making. The day started with a tour of the local markets to buy the ingredients for our menu. The markets were colourful and filled with delicious, fresh... More

Fabio and That’s Amore Staff were simply great! They are all nice and friendly and even if at the end of the class you are not the best pasta chef, the experience itself is really interesting and unforgettable. And you will be able to differentiate the pastas by cut size.  We went there during the lunch time, when outside... More

My friend treated me to this cooking class for my birthday and it is one of the best gifts I have received to date! We cooked with Fernando---oh my what a gentleman! He's an excellent teacher...he is patient, yet passionate about what he does! The staff that welcomed me were exceptionally warm--Cecilia and Melissa-- you ladies rock! And not to... More

Fun evening at the Italian Restaurant "That's Amore" right in the city center close to the Trevi Fountain. We learned how to make the perfect pizza dough and created our own pizza with delicious toppings. We enjoyed the good company of two American families who attended the pizza course with their kids. It is quite expensive (70 Euro per adult).... More

This is the second European cooking lesson we did and we asolutley loved it. If you like Italian food and laid back cooking this is the class for you. We made pasta from scratch and it was fun to see you can tweak and edit based on tastes. Monica was great to work with, she made recipes based on what... More

My husband and I took part in a pizza making class at That's Amore in Rome through Fabiolous Cooking Day. We were lucky enough to be in a small class - it was only us and another couple. Our teacher was fantastic and offered very helpful tips and tricks regarding how to make the pizza dough. She even took great... More

I attended with a class and our chef Vittoria was awesome. This experience was the best and I am glad to have been a part of it.
