We had a wonderful day cooking with Monika in Mazzano. My husband and I are on our Honeymoon and are staying in Rome the whole time. We decided to use this day trip cooking Mazzano as our "excursion" outside of the city. We made so much wonderful food! Pasta, Ravioli, Chicken, Tiramisu….. so much to eat, and not enough room!... Setting up our trip to Rome and my fiancé loves to cook, I went over and over the options and this seemed like the best. Talked to their manager Maite so many times figuring out if I was able to do it as I cannot walk well. They made me feel so welcome, we met at the market, so much... More

We had a wonderful day with Monika going to get the groceries, going to a local market, then learning to make various types of pasta, a yummy local pizza and tiramisu! My only regret was that I couldn't eat it all!! It was truly so delicious. One our best meals in Rome. Monika was hillarious and taught us a lot. We... More

My husband, girlfriend and I took this class in Rome with the wonderful and humorous Frederico as our instructor. The class started off as a group of strangers, but cooking and laughing together made us all instant friends. As an avid home cook, I learned some great new techniques in the class that I will use in the future. The... More

A good lesson in how to make good quality pasta followed by eating our creations. If only we got the sauce recipe to keep!

Being a younger guy (on my honeymoon) I wasn't too exited about this class as my cooking skills stop at Ramen Noodles and I'm a pretty picky eater, but I went to appease the wife. I was more excited about our trip to Pompeii and the Colosseum, but this ended up being my favorite day in Rome. Chef Federico was... More

This was by far my favourite experience on our month long trip! We were picked up by chef Monica and driven to a beautiful medieval village where we shopped for our fresh ingredients and then went to a stunning apartment to do our cooking. Oh my! While sipping wine we chopped, diced, rolled, sauteed and baked our way to the... More

This was by far our favorite day in Rome. Fredricko was very informative, and intertaining, and very personable. The techniques he demonstrated in a very friendly and un-intimadating way were evidenced by his training under a Michelin Star chef. Worth every penny and then some. Try and book with Fredricko as your chef if at all possible.

Had a fantastic day here. All of the food was tremendous. We have even tried a couple of the dishes since we got back to Australia. We didn't know anyone else in the group but the atmosphere created by the trip to the markets and the sight seeing on the leisurely stroll to the apartment ensured the conversation flowed and... We had a wonderful experience with the Fabiolous Cooking Day in Rome. We learned about the class while on a boat in Venice - a nice couple asked where we were going next and when we said that Rome was on the itinerary they said that we MUST do this fabulous cooking class in Rome. Our family of four was... More
