While planning our European trip I decided to take a cooking class in room. After looking at the reviews I chose the Fabiolous Cooking Day. From the start I had a wonderful experience. Chef Federico was great! I have a cooking background, but not in Italian cooking. He explained the ingredients and steps so we would understand what we were... More

We went with Monica to the little town of Mazzano (about 45 minutes drive away from center Rome) and had the best cooking day ever. We were only 3, which was a perfect size team. We cooked some appetizers, 3 types of pasta, chicken as the main course, and a desert (wine included of course). Monica was the best, including... More

Two-day cooking-class with Federico really made my last trip to Italy enjoyable and inspiring. I am always a huge fan of Italian food and spend most of the time in Italy just to sample different Italian dishes at the best restaurants and eateries, and I am thoroughly impressed by chef Federico. Speaking perfect English, Federico made everyone laugh during classes... More

My boyfriend and I recently got back from a trip to Italy, during which we traveled through Rome and Florence. We had many fantastic experiences, but the one we keep talking about is how much fun we had during our cooking class with Chef Monica! She was very friendly and knowledgable, and we learned so much and had an absolutely... More

I took this tour with my 12 year old daughter who loves to cook and is always hanging around the kitchen at home. We both loved the experience and the food and now her and my favourite and 'special' thing to do together is make and eat our creations.

What a most instructive cooking class in Rome near the Campo dei Fiori shopping area. Frederico Alessandri is a master chief teaching a small group actual cooking techniques and not just a pile of recipes. The knowledge gained was hands-on and the overall experience was one of the highlights of those in the group. I am also a cook and... More

Dear Maria, I understand your critics, but we must consider that the course is only 4 hurs long,it would be lovely to include a greater variety of dishes but the time is really short. thank you anyway for the critics we will take them on board! Best Regards More

Last weekend in Rome was magical and the most exciting experience was the cooking class in Mezzano with chef Leo. We were 8 women friends, learning new recepies , tips and advices, in a wonderful location with a professional and caring chef 'lots of wine, delicious dishes - great fun day/

My dau, son-in-law, two grandchildren and I had a fantastic day (Thanksgiving) with Chef Leo. The markets, tour thru Rome to an island apt for class was just a beginning. The learning, hands-on activity, pasta making and conversations were great. Only eating what we (12 people in class) had made was better. If those coins in the fountain bring me... More

My husband, teenage son and myself took a cooking class with Federico Alessandri last week. What a wonderful experience. Federico took us to the market, cheese shop and butcher to buy all the ingredients for you meal. We then went to the "island" to a very chic little apartment.
