One of the greatest days of my life. I live to cook and this was a dream come true. Chef Federico was absolutely amazing! Funny, engaging, and so incredibly talented. I will never forget him. Thank you so much for a truly special day.

I will start off by telling you that we were there in July- and Roma was having a heat wave like I have never experienced. Unfortunately, it made for a very hot kitchen/dining experience. Aside from that, the day began with a walk through the local market to pick out the fruits/vegetables. The smells of the fresh vegetables and fruits... More

My 12-year-old son had a wonderful time learning how to make pizza! He is now anxious to make it at home!

We had a group of 12 and everyone really enjoyed Federico's class, even my 10 year old. I made some of the dishes he taught us last night and my son said, "Did you use ROMA tomatoes, mom?" For some reason, it didn't taste as wonderful, but I will try again! Some of the best food I had in Rome!... More

My partner and I did the Fabiolous "Cooking" Day in Rome this week and were left feeling disappointed. The day started off with some shopping for ingredients in the markets which was fun. However, when we got back to the private apartment we quickly realised that we would not be doing any of the cooking as there was a small... More

Four of us (me, husband, son and brother-in-law) went to the cooking day in Mazzano Romano with Chef Monica. We all agree it was one of the best days of our vacation. We met Chef Monica and the 2 other couples who joined our group in the morning and drove out to the small medieval village of Mazzano Romano. This... More

We put this tour into the middle of our trip to Rome to use it as a slower paced day. We loved every minute of it and Chef Leo was fantastic - interesting stories about Rome, great tips for cooking Italian fare! We were picked up and driven out to Mazzano with Chef Leo, who chatted all the way. He... More

Chef Leo was a great instructor that guided us not only in cooking but in the art of picking out the best ingredients. We had a nice small group of six. The experience was in an apartment instead of a restaurant and felt very personal. We were able to eat what we made on the rooftop of the complex that... More

One of the best adventures of our vacation! From shopping for the ingredients to dining on the finished dishes, this was a most enjoyable and fun experience--and informative! I definitely recommend making this part of your visit to Rome.
