My husband and I had the great pleasure of attending the cooking class taught by Federico Alessandri back in October. What a great experience; from heading to the outdoor market in Rome to choose our goods, to the meat and cheese shop, followed by a beautiful apartment in which to relax and enjoy the entire cooking experience. Federico was knowledgeable,... More

I must say as impressive as the sights of Rome are our cooking class with Chef Frederik and his ninja assistant was the highlight of my visit to Rome. Starting with a trip to the market to purchase fresh produce for our days cooking and finishing with eating the most delicious food I have EVER experienced! Looking through my photo's... More

I had a great time in my Cooking Day in Rome. Chef Federico is great in the way he does and explains everything, and I really could learn a lot. I sure recommend this experience, starting in the market and then straight to Tiberina Island to cook, learn… eat, drink and enjoy! We learned how to make 3 different types... More

If you love to cook and love to eat, you must book this tour! I had a wonderful time on F 07 NOV 14 with Federico & Nicollete! I had so much fun and really enjoyed the small group experience. I now feel confident in my ability to make pasta at home as well as homemade tomato sauce. I love... More

Meeting Chef Frederico ,straight away we knew this was going to be an experience we would love. Chef Frederico is professional but has character ,a warm friendly and even one may describe it as cheeky smile put us at ease. He imparted his knowledge and expertise in a manner that balanced with seriousness and laughter. With simple everyday ingredients he... More

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our day spent with Chef Federico. Our small group (4 total) first shopped in the market before heading back to the kitchen. Chef Federico was very considerate and asked about our preferences to ensure that we would all enjoy the dishes prepared. The produce was very fresh. Our lesson included 3 fresh pasta courses... I always wanted to know some of the Italian Chef secrets, and Chef Federico really deliver it. It was really a pleasure to learn his way of thinking and how we don't really need to follow recipes. We learned some tricks and things that I didn't think about and this was already worth it. Great experience and tasty food :)

My friend took this cooking class a few years ago with Fabio and highly recommended it. For our class, Federico Alessandri was our chef and teacher, and he was incredible. The theme of the day was "Cooking Without Recipes" and the techniques and tips we learned will stay with us much longer that just a few recipes! We started at... More

We had a wonderful day cooking with Monika in Mazzano. My husband and I are on our Honeymoon and are staying in Rome the whole time. We decided to use this day trip cooking Mazzano as our "excursion" outside of the city. We made so much wonderful food! Pasta, Ravioli, Chicken, Tiramisu….. so much to eat, and not enough room!...
