My family and I had the chance to participate in Fabiolous cooking class, it was more than fabulous! There were so many cooking classes to choose from, but we thought of booking Fabiolous simply because we saw a great offer for his class on a platform called BonAppetour. We really loved it! It is as if the cooking instructor had... More

Never thought making pasta is that easy and yet, yummy. Guided by professional and top executive chef step by step. Even my 10 & 8 year old could immerse themselves in this fun filling cooking class. Absolutely an excellent experience and highlight of my trip in Rome. 100% highly recommended. A family of four from Hong Kong

We wanted a class similar to what we had in Thailand. Delicious, yet simple enough to make, that we would use time and time again at home. We were not disappointed at all! We chose the Mazzano Cooking Day, and had so much fun. We met Chef Monica in Rome, and she took the group to the small town of... More

The chef was very knowledgeable, the class was small and very fun. we were late and they were kind enough to have someone wait for us and take us to the rest of the group. great experience i would say that you should take it if you have the time.

We had a lovely man that taught 4 of us ladies. He was very good at learning us, with good fun and banter. We learned such a lot, 2 different types of pasta - semolina and flour. Did ravioli, fettuccine, shells, lasagne. The meal afterwards was spectacular. Three different dishes, lovely wine, panacota for pudding and Italian coffee. Inspired me... More

We tried last minute to take a cooking class and had a hard time finding someone to accommodate us. That's Amore (where Fabiolous Pizza Making is held) was wonderful. They got us in, made it easy to find, and were so welcoming. The class it self (it was only 2 of us, so private lesson would be more accurate) was... More

It was a great day, the cooking day from Fabiolous Cooking day. the location was perfect on the Isla Tiberina, and chief Leo was a great teacher. we learned a lot we did not know before and the lunch afterwards was the best we had in fact in Rome. Leo was a very patient and clever guide to work with... More
