My daughter and I decided at the last minute to try to book a cooking class on our recent Rome trip. By some stroke of luck we happened to find an opening for the market tour / pasta making class with Chef Federico. It was pouring rain that day but despite the weather, we met our small group and traveled... More

My husband and I booked this cooking tour because we love Italy and Italian food and wanted the opportunity to attempt authentic recipes in the eternal city. The day was amazing from beginning to end. To all travellers who want to take home to their county the gift of authentic Italian cooking and culture , please do this tour. It... More

Really enjoyed the tour but the cooking class itself was just amazing! So much fun! Fernando was funny, informative and patient teaching us how to make pasta. Enjoyed a lot, thank you so so much. Grazie mille, Elena

My wife and I wanted to cook with the locals in Rome for the day so we booked a morning with Chef Fabio. We met Fabio in a local market to pick up some fresh cooking ingredients. It was fun to see Fabio interact with his contemporaries at the market. Fabio then drove us back to his kitchen/studio/man-cave in his... More

My 19 year old granddaughter and I took a "road trip" to Rome for a week. I was lobbying for the ruins, and she was determined to hit up as many clothing stores as possible. But we both agreed that the most fun thing we did was our cooking class -- from the market to the "guided" tour through the... More

When my husband and daughter first suggested we take a cooking class in Rome, I thought there were so many other things to do, why spend hours there. I was very wrong. My husband and I and 2 teenagers spent the afternoon with Fabio, shopping in an Italian Market and then turning all of the fresh ingredients into an unbelievable... More

One of the high lights of our trip to Rome this summer. Exceeded all our expectations! A morning shopping for our ingredients with our charming Chef Federico and his assistant set the tone for history ,culture and culinary adventure. We made 3 homemade pasta sauces and 2 fresh past noodles. Difficult to decide which was our favorite as they were... More

Although we didn't have time on our tour to do the optional cooking day in Rome, we did get a savor an amazing meal made by chef Federico. It was truly one of the highlights of our tour. I wish we had time for the cooking class. If you do, it will be an amazing experience. Enjoy !

My friends(3) and I scheduled this Class while we were in Rome. We attended July 29 2014. It was Shopping in Campo di Fiore, vegetables, cheese, meat. Walked to the Cooking kitchen with a History lesson on the way. We made three different pasta sauces, with us choping and dicing. Instructions throughout and than on to make the pasta. Have... More

We absolutely loved this class, and I'm not even a cook in our family! Loved every second of the experience. From picking foods at the fresh market, walking through the Jewish ghetto to get to the island to cook, and cooking. The food was the best we had our entire European trip! Such a wonderful experience! A must do!
