Trimani Wine Bar around corner from Trimani Wine Store. Huge selection of wines - Food acceptable - wait staff very efficient and spoke very good English. Waitress gave us a sample of a couple of wines to see what we would like to order. Didn't find the wine any more expensive than anywhere else. Had a good time.

We were staying at the St. Regis in Rome and wanted an little more spontaneity in a dining experience. Around the corner and 5 blocks up we found this place. The wait staff was very helpful with our very broken Italian. They introduced us to 2 different bottles of inexpensive wine and the cheese and salami plates were awesome for... More

On our last day in Rome we've wanted after much walking through the city a nice glass of wine. Browsing on the internet searching for a good winebar I stumbeld upon Trimani. Before we went there I did read some of the opinions. And: YES its a [--] place to go at. O.K. The wines are great, but hey..., they... More

This bar was round the corner from our hotel, and was a fun place to go for a drink or two. The wine is more expensive than a lot of the local places, so bear that in mind - however, the wine list is extensive so you have a lot of choice! We enjoyed a nice bottle and a really... More

Nice people, great wine list, but wow were they incompetent in food preparation and service. Everyone's pasta came out barely warm, and the chicken was underdone to the point that sections were raw. On top of this, a couple dishes we ordered never came out at the correct course. After trying to help them get things right for two courses... More

Met up with friend who is working in Rome and ate here the wine list is extensive and you can get expensive quality wines if you want €69 for a very good one. Food was very tasty well presented and ambiance plain but with style really enjoyed the experience.

Enormous wine list and innovative small plates and desserts. Take the advice of the knowledgeble (and multi lingual) wait staff as the wine list can be overwhelming. Limited but tasty options for vegetarians and a great cheese plate.

It is NOT Italian food. Only for turists with guide. Do not squander time and money.

Made a reservation in person for dinner. The tables are very utilitarian, without tableclothes, but the waiters are attentive. They made great effort to serve us in English. We were recommended a couple of very nice reds to taste over our meal. The portions were small but suits our taste and preference. We had artichokes wrapped in filo pastry and... More

Great place to go grab a couple glasses of wine and an app. Happy hour is buy one get one free of the same wine, of course you could always trade the second glass with your companion too. Decent prices anywhere from 3.50 euro on up. Server gave good recommendations when we tried to order something she steered us in... More
