Trevi is magical and a must-see for all! We went first at night then again during the day--still crowded! Fun to roam around the area at night and get gelato or eat at one of the restaurants nearby. I agree with another reviewer that it isn't easy to find, but we didn't find anything in Rome easy to find when... More

You hear the roar of the water first then round the corner to the fountain and it is "WOW". Wonderful.

I’ve seen Baroque fountains in other cities, in Vienna, for instance, but this one is absolutely incredible! Because it is both impressive and somewhat homelike at the same time. It doesn’t make you feel small. Tremendous sculptures on the rocks hypnotize you. Tip: it looks totally different in the daytime and at night, mind it! If you saw it at... More

My husband & I spent our anniversary in Europe, spent an afternoon wandering around and stopped to take in this amazing site. The history here blows you away! We were advised to visit at night & I absolutely suggest this as the fountain looks great all lit up and there are some lovely places to have dinner or dessert near... More

This is a beautiful sight with carvings that are so detailed, you can study this for weeks. A very popular place but the people traffic seems to wander through pretty well. The square has the Gelato shops so get your ice cream & appreciate the work.

Me and a friend were walking around Rome, and we had found our way into Trevi Fountain, we saw many people, art being on sale, musical performances, and we of course had gelati to just soak up the atmosphere. It is beautiful and lively.

Very beautiful fountain, in the middle of the city. Very crowded, lots of visitors, but it's worth a wait. Throw 3 coins in the fountain and your return visit to Rome is guaranteed
