Absolutely fantastic tours, thank you so much. Our trip to Rome was for a special occasion (my hubbie's 40th birthday) and I wanted it to be special and memorable. I was a little reticent at first about booking guided tours, partly due to the cost and also probably due to bad memories of horrific school trips. I have to say... More

Our group had a wonderful time with Walks of Italy and their fantastic tour guides. We enjoyed, especially, the evening wine crawl and hearing information that others would otherwise not have heard. Even more of a blessing is when the guides attended the concert we gave the next night! I wish I had signed up for all of the available... More

I must say that I am very impressed with Walks of Italy. Everything works well from registration to contact with the office which is always very helpful and prompt. Pickup at the hotel was on time and the tour itself was exceptional. I think the highlight for us was the Colloseum and access to the parts that the huge crowds... More

The tour was very fun, an the guide Mike knew both the "official" history of Roma and the archaeological timelines, which often are not the same. The downside was the timing of the tour- we were very rushed getting through the third of the three stops, so I felt like I had not really gotten to see as much as... More

My daughter & I recently stayed in Rome & went to the Roman Forum & Colosseum via a tour with Walks of Italy. Our guide, Stuart, made this such an amazing & interesting day. His knowledge of the Forum & it's history was fascinating. We felt remarkably special being able to visit the private portions of the Colosseum, both underground... More

After much research, we chose Walks Of Italy for our tours to the Colosseum/Forum and the Vatican/St. Peter's Basilica. We had Tyson and John as our guides. The service was professional and the guides were outstanding. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

My wife and I recently visited Rome. I did my research and found Walks of Italy here on Trip Advisor. We booked the VIP underground tour of the Colosseum and the Forum. Our guide was Vincenzo. He was extremely knowledgeable in Roman history and archaeology. In addition he was also very polite, professional, accommodating, and spoke English very well. I... More

Had a fantastic tour of Colosseum & Forum. Our tour guide, Kate, was very knowledgable and enthusiastic. Couldn't fault her. Was able to answer all the questions thrown at her too! Instructions from Walks of Italy about where to meet and what to expect were comprehensive and clear. The tour proved excellent value for money and meant that we really... More

I read the many positive reviews before booking our tour and can happily say that Walks of Italy does not disappoint. From emailing me a discount code before booking to the actual tour, everything was fantastic. Ferdinando, our guide, is a jewel and with his background in archeology, was extremely knowledgeable and informative on the Colosseum/Palatine/Forum Tour. The tour started... More

We toured with Walks of Italy on 3 separate occasions over our spring break this past April. Carlotta was fabulous at the Vatican. She was so good with her information, explaining what we would see in the Sistine and hit all the high points before it packed with people. Loved her! Colosseum and Roman Forum/Palatine Hill with Vincenzo - another... More
