DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. There are many more companies to choose from doing the same thing! You will spend more time waiting in bus queues than sightseeing. There are no limits on the number of tickets sold and not enough capacity at peak times to deal with the volume of customers. (You will also find no effective "crowd control"... More

The open top hop on hop off tour bus is great for sightseeing Rome. It offers light relief from the heat when on the move with a lovely breeze on the open top. The open to jump off at any stop and get back on to the next attraction is great. Busses were prompt and arrived every 10 mins if... More

Over-Priced attraction. The bus does not run every 10 min as they claim - rather every 20 min. The bus are over-filled. In the middle of the tour the driver suddenly wanted a break and we had change to another bus !!! Which was overfilled and by the this driver aldo had a break so we had to wait here... More

This bus is a great way to see the city! Excellent tour guide and pre recorded in lots of languages. Bus stops at the main attractions but be prepared to do some walking. They also have colosseum and Vatican tickets for Great prices however if u don't get in early they get sold out! They also want you to pay... More

Large queues meant that we had to wait for up to an hour on a bus. The audio guide was terrible, with some annoying music between actual facts (not that there were that many facts). At sometime after, finally, getting a reasonable seat, we had to change bus. There are a lot of tour busses - use some of the... More

We pre booked a tour with this company to get an overall picture of Rome and learn more about the city. First it was difficult to find the stops but after asking a lot of official looking people who mostly turned out to work for opposing bus tours we managed to catch the right bus and through pure luck managed... I am usually an advocate for the red city bus tours, but it just doesn't work in Rome. The traffic is horrendous and just when you think you are getting somewhere the driver decides to pull over for a break, you would assume this would be at the beginning or end of the route, but no. You can see a... More

We had 72 hour tickets, and judging by other comments we were perhaps lucky. We only had short waits, the nearest stop to our hotel was the Vatican, where more people (usually) got off than got on, and the headphone points we used all worked. Buses seemed to run approximately every 10 minutes, traffic permitting, and seemed to be more... More

My friends and I pre-purchased tickets for this tour bus. The website gave us a list of stops where the buses were supposed to pick up every thirty minutes. The stops were so poorly marked that it took us almost an hour to find and get on the first bus. We then received headphones, which worked poorly. In addition to... More

The worst City Sightseeing bus I have ever used. The staff were very rude when we got off the bus and simply asked in which direction we needed to go . The female employee was too busy on her phone and just pointed and stated "THERE". They promise buses every 10-20 mins we waited an hour in 32 degrees with... More
