This is one of a number of different company,s that offer hop on hop off tours of rome and using one of them is the best way to visit all the main tourist sites in the city as although it is possible to visit them on foot you will do lots of walking around each site to walk between them... More

The very helpful (not sarcastic) girls in reception recommended this hop on hop off bus company. We usually get these kinds of buses as it is a great way to get from each destination, and usually informative too. Usually. First off we waited over an hour for a bus which didnt have a roof, only a few seemed to be... More

I took this tour a few years ago - looks like nothing has changed. After reading the appalling reviews of this operator, I can say that getting to Pompeii is SO easy if you do it yourself. Take one of the fast trains to Naples. Use www.trenitalia.com and click on the UK flag in the top right hand side to... More

To begin, after we had been transported from our hotels and arrived on our coach we had to wait an extra hour before the tour started. After we were giving our tour of the Colosseum we were told we had 20 minutes to explore it for ourselves. This would be acceptable if it weren't for the size of the Colosseum... More

Totally Unsatisfied with the service. We were told they run every 10 mins what a load of rubbish. waiting at the Vatican City for almost an hour, their excuse was that there was lots of traffic. But the other bus companies Rome Tour Bus and Citysightseeing Roma, didn't have any problems getting thru traffic every 10 mins. So my advice... More

Where to begin. The day started it looking somewhat promising, but it quickly dropped to a new level of hell previously unexplored. By the time we arrived at Capri, it was 1230 - 5 hours after our departure time. I realize that it takes time to get there, but we spent a lot of time at rest stops and waiting... More

Booked the Pompeii Express tour to surprise my girlfriend. The bus left at 7am and we didn't arrive at Pompeii till 2pm which they gave us a guided tour for just 2 hours. On the way there we stopped at 2 of what looked like tourist trap places owned by the company. One was an over priced cafe. The other... More

68 Euro for Vatican tour and it was the most rushed, non informative tour I have ever booked. Now the vatican is busy so its hard to move quickly, however, our tour guide managed to push passed four big tour groups at a time! She moved so quickly that the radio transmitters lost signal and we couldnt hear what she... More
