Hi wish I didn't have to do this but DON'T USE THIS TOUR COMPANY! / N"UTILISEZ PAS CE PRESTATAIRE. Our experience was lousy. We did the so-called "small group tour" of the Vatican. Avoid this if you can. First of all, the guide told me I could take my tripod into the museum. Then when we got there, he was... More

We stayed at the Michelangelo Hotel, which is just a couple blocks south of the Vatican. We thought that it would be best to book a tour of the Vatican museum, as in doing so we would bypass the line, and hopefully learn more with our limited time here in Rome. It was a disaster from the beginning. It was... More

We bought tickets for this tour at our hotel in the morning. Payed 44? for a 24h ticket for two people, they gave us the ticket and we went to the bus stop. After we stood in line for 15 minutes, first bus was full, we managed to get into the second bus. However, when presenting our ticket, the lady... More

GLT picked us up at the hotel. Clean bus ride; guide was knowledgeable. Several stops along the way (waterfront in Naples; cameo shop). Lunch was included in price. Good trip if you do not want to manage tickets / transportation on your own. Get a quick drive around Naples and some walking time at Pompeii.

During our visit in Rome we decided to take the night tour with Green Line. We were rather disappoint with the guide of the tour she gave only limited information on each of the places we stopped. I would say for 45 Euro we should get better service.

The tour to Assisi was wonderful, the guides too. I have one complaint though. The tour package included a €34 charge for lunch at a hotel in Assisi. We paid for drinks and the lunch we were served was a tourist menu that on the menu costs a mere €14! So my point is that the cost of the lunch... More

While in Rome, I took the day trip (tour) to Florence. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars. We had a group of 15 people, and they did their best to accommodate everyone's needs. Pros - Green Line Tours picked me up from my hotel, and at the time they said they would. How... More

We were recommended this tour by our hotel, so we assumed (incorrectly) this tour group would be ok. (We have had recommendations from other hotels throughout europe which have been great!). We were picked up at 1:40pm and did not start the tour until 2:45. We were then transferred to a larger bus with the rest of the herd. We... More

The hotel receptionist recommended we take a tour of the Vatican. We were disappointed with our tour guide, Amelia, and the entire experience. Honestly, we spent more time in the gift shop than in the Sistine Chapel. We saw very little in the Vatican Museum and only 15 minutes at St. Peter's Basilica. The only advantage to the tour was...
