pure awful. driver constantly speaking over audio, audio tour has zero reference points so you have an idea what youre looking at. you can drive 30 minutes without hearing one single thing. its Rome...there is always something the tour can be narrating....but instead you get rushed random info when you drive past the most famous sites. go with one of... Don't choose this company. It has random routes for individual buses, they promise wifi but out of the 4 buses I caught, none had wifi working. The headphone docks are 50% broken. Pay the extra $2 euro and go for the red bus which I much prefer.

We had did a tour with Ciao Roma before, ask our money back and tried this one. Just a waste of money. Stay away from the crowded bus tours. Get the metro instead and book a walking tour. Everything is not so far and mostly in walking distance. The info on the bus is very limited. We expected way more.

You can't walk anywhere in the tourist districts without being accosted by pedlar after pedlar flogging the hop-on/hop off bus option. We normally try to get an overview of a city with a tour. By comparision with previous experiences, this tour was acceptable, but not inspiring - despite all the wonders and sights that Rome has to offer. we were... More

We came out of the station, purchased tickets ( £65 for a family of 5), got on the top deck of an open bus, plugged in the earphones and took the 90 minute tour around some of Rome's main sights. The sound recording was in English and reasonably informative and the bus went via the Colosseum, Forum,Tiber, St Peters square... More

We went on the Naples Pompeii tour in August 2014- overall it was pretty good. There were some things that I loved and a couple that I found highly annoying. Overall I think the reviews are a little unfair but check out my thoughts below. Pro's- Brilliant tour guide- Danillo is fantastic and refers to the tour as the Green... More

We went on the Pompeii and Naples tour this August. It offers a complimentary hotel pick up if you stay at a centrally located hotel. We however chose to arrive at the office near termini station as our hotel wasn't really on the tourist route. The whole tour seemed a bit unorganised, for the first 10 minutes we weren't even... We were introduced to Green Line tours by our hotel and booked a tour of classical Rome. Mistake! The driver was supposed to pick us up at 7:45 AM; when he hadn't arrived by 8:05, we had the concierge check, and were finally picked up around 8:20. Then we drove around to other hotels for pick-ups, and sat on the... More

Buses were old and dirty and in disrepair. The so-called recorded commentary was not in synch with what we were looking at. That is, of course, if you could actually find a seat where the headphones would work. The commentary, when it worked, was boring, dull and of little use. The staff let friends on before customers at some stops... More
