SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO not happy with Ciao Roma. We spent a fortune for 5 people and ended up using them only twice as they took so incredibly long to arrive that we ended up walking everywhere. It was honestly just ridiculous. They are a shoddy outfit that don't even have their own signs at most of the stops so it's nearly impossible... more
I wish I had have read the last review before taking this tour - the comments are spot on. On this trip we had taken the open air buses in London and Madrid, enjoyed them, so it was the first thing we did in Rome. This tour was dreadful. Not so much a tour as a sprint between bus stops,... more
The bus itself was ok but it only came every 30 minutes to the stops so there was too much waiting, Then,they would wait a long time at each stop- leaving you baking in the hot sun. Take a different tour with more buses. more
