A wine experience like no other! Wine is an important part of Italian culture. At VinoRoma wine tastings/seminars we give you the key to understanding Italian wines and your taste so you can continue exploring on your own, too. Not intimidating, stuffy or confusing - a lot of fun and very insightful! Nice side effect: you will learn a lot about food, too!Drink wine. Not too much. Mostly Italian.

This was a great, truely unique experience. We booked thinking that this may be the typical tourist event with lots of people and an expectation to buy wine, however we were treated to a private wine tasting tailored to our interests and learnt lots about the different wine regions of Italy (we were even allowed a peek into the wine... We were there with seven other people who were the same as us, enjoy a glass of wine but don't know much about it. Hande was very friendly and informative and we tried wines we have never had before. It was very relaxed with lots of lovely food - meats, cheeses and bread, highly recommended.

We went along to vino Roma for a wine tasting experience as part of a hen do in Rome. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the whole experience greatly. We all enjoy drinking wine socially and felt we came away with a lot more knowledge of different wines/ how to taste wine and Hande Leimar was incredibly... More

If you know nothing about wine or if you're already well-versed in all kinds of Italian wines, Hande Leimer's Vino Roma "My Italians" tasting is a fantastic experience. I've been three or four times with visiting friends and family members, and the tasting is fun, informative and, of course, tasty! Hande herself is incredibly knowledgable about wines with, I believe,... More

We brought our family of 6 to this fantastic wine tasting which suited all of us perfectly, young and old.... more experienced and novices... The early evening was perfectly led by Maurizio who expertly helped all of us along through our six different wines and regions of Italy. This was a great evening and experience for all of us, as... Initially I was disappointed that the leader wasn't Italian, but we really enjoyed it anyway. He was great, very knowledgeable, and personable. The setting is charming and we met people from all over the world. Be aware that this is not a wine-food pairing, so you may want to eat something beforehand.

So glad you enjoyed the tasting! Just want to note that you attended the My Italians tasting which is clearly described online as having no food (just bread to cleanse the palate) because it is our more technical tasting concentrating on the characteristics of the wines. For a wine tasting with food (and studying food-wine pairings) try our wine &... More

If you love wine, you'll love this, and if you like wine you'll love this, and if you hate wine you'll still love Vino Roma. It was fantastic, I learned a great deal about Italian Wines in the MyItalians tasting session. I thought the price was reasonable too. There was just three people there for the tasting, my girlfriend and... More
