The place is not at its finest but is very interesting. The guide books donot cover it well. There are translated info sheets available but you have to ask. The abbey church of St. Michael should not be missed on a visit to Procida. Within its walls are some spectacular paintings and sculpture of the 17th to 18th centuries, oratory and hidden chapel in the lower levels.
