We experienced one mass with people crowding in through the doors. The previous day we had been able to view the amazing paintings, gold and marble of this magnificent building, which was completed by a singing nun.

Nice church, at the very beginning of the ancient city from the Amphitheatro. You can park nearby, eat and spend the day around the square.

We were staying in Hotel Diana in Pompeii & this church was en-route to the ancient ruins. It is definitely worth popping your head in to see it's splendour, even if only for a few minutes. The book-matched marble on the walls and columns, large religious paintings, the huge & ornately carved confessionals & don't forget to look up &... More

We walked around for a short time because there was a mass going on... but it is one of the most spectacularly decorated churches we have seen. The ceiling above the altar!!! Wow. Unfortunately we were in Pompeii for only one day so we didn't go back. But we highly recommend seeing it.

We attended Mass on a Saturday night, which it seems there is Mass every hour of the day on Saturday and Sunday. We were visiting Pompeii in June, and that church was always so crowded! Although not very old by European standards, it is beautiful, and many, many miracles have been attributed to Madonna of the Rosary. You can walk... More

Just outside the ruins, if you are into visiting churches, this one is a must. There is an incredible stained glass window inside. Incredible architecture.

The sanctuary is full of history and it's amazing. Close to "Pompeii scavi" and situated in front of a great park. You should go there.

We just went to Sunday mass here at 8:30. The mass was really full and the people were really friendly. While it was in Italian, we were able to follow along. The church is beautiful and has incredible frescos on the ceiling. The altar is very intricate and pretty. The church sits on a beautiful square across from fountains. Last... More

This church is very impressive. Walk several miles from the Pompeii ruins to get here... Stop and get gelato on your way! It was incredible and while we were visiting there was a communion so we got to see what the girls wore. Very neat
