Ahhhh..... the draw of the Amalfi, does not need a quantum theory to understand. Its 35 km stretch is not only Italy's most dramatic, with plunging cliffs, and shimmering seaside towns, but it also has the bluest waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Long ago the villages that dot the coastline were sleepy fishing ports but not any more..... considering their... More

Do not miss the drive from Naples down the Amalfi Coast. Take a limo or guided tour to see one of the most beautiful drives in the world. Afraid of heights? Maybe you better not go. However, I would do this trip again if given the chance. It is the most amazing sight I have ever seen. The steep overhanging... More

What a fantastic experience ! We visited a little restaurant in the cliff valley of a little village called Furore , on the Amalfi coast. Luigi , the chef , has a quaint little bar / restaurant nestled in between some Historic houses which was used in a famous Italian movie, set some time ago.The history of the movies is... More

We have lived abroad in Europe now for 2 years and have visited 20 countries, and the short time we spent with friends on Vito's tour of Sorrento/Napoli has truly been the highlight! We visited around October 31 of 2014 (sorry for the late review!) Our guide, Vito: Extremely friendly, prompt arrival, attention to detail, and most notably, ENTHUSIASM for... More

My wife and I spent 3 weeks traveling Italy and the See Amalfi Coast tour of Napoli, Sorrento, Positano, and Pompeii was BY FAR the best experience of our trip and it started out RAINING cats and dogs! First of all, we were on a cruise ship and our port dates got changed at the last minute due to weather.... More

The Amalfi Coast is everything you have ever heard and MORE. There are over 900 twists and turns on the drive from Sorrento to say Ravello. The whole thing is a UNESCO Heritage site which should tell all you need to know.

This is a UNESCO Heritage site and a wonderful trip to take along the snaking coast line, looking down at amazing tiered gardens, hotels built out on the edges. Going through tunnels and by small villages nestled into the hillside.

Carmine and Vito of Seeamalficoast tours provided the itinerary upon inquiry and answered questions regarding alternate sites such as Ravello and Villa Poppaea/Villa Oplontis , a roman ruin. They pointed out rightly that with time limited, due to a private tour of Pompeii, it would not be possible to all these sites. Though they would accommodate our request and alter... More

Took the tour with Carmine from the port in Naples to Pompeii and then to positano. What a trip! Carmine picked us up right in front of the port. It was so nice to have someone waiting for us with our name on the sign. Beautiful van, excellent comments given throughout the tour. Carmine went above and beyond reserving a... More
