Getting to the road can be a bit of a trek, but it's an easy walk and you can enjoy a nice lemon slushy along the way. The road itself was closed when we went, so we did not get a chance to walk the path. However, a great view can be had from the Gardens of Augustus right above... More

It was amazing but I did not walk it, how ever I did see a walker jump the fence. The view from the garden above is great. Great for hikers, but not for me.

You can't walk on it because it is closed. Well in September 2014 it was and it certainly looked like the "closed for temporary works" sign on the entrance gates had been up for some time - it was very faded and worn. Do you really need to walk on it to appreciate it? The best photo of it is... More

Due to rock falls it's still closed. The only way to see the fantastic view from here is to enter the Gardens of Augustus for 1€. In my opinion it's not fair to sell these tickets while via Krupp is closed.

The vistas from up here are amazing. Cliffs, The Monestary, The water, Gardens to explore just below. And just a 10 minute walk from the town center

This coastal path is 'out of bounds' supposedly due to rock-falls, which has been the case for some years, so presumably the funds are not forthcoming?!

Short walk with excellent views. Very few people (mainly locals) as the gates were locked so that kinda worked out for us.

We tried walking on this path, about 300 meters from the ground, but it was closed for summer. Apparently they have safety concerns with falling debris (rocks)

Looked amazing and we were keen to walk down to the port but it was closed when we visited on 31/7/14. There was a sign saying that work was being carried out but no evidence of this. There is a good view of the Via Krupp from the gardens next door ( 1 euro entrance fee) and also a good... More
